Gee SCREAMER !!

I Suspect from what I posted from the German paper last night there's a bit of this going on.

Sammon did a good job for the team.  Worked his arse off whenever I watched him creating space for others.  He had limitations but big knuckle draggers like Hanley hated playing against him. You need grafters in the team like him and Eustace as well as show ponies to get the right blend. Derby was the perfect team for him at the time as we had goal scorers all over the park.
Trapattoni was a fan. Barker and Ward I remember were very unhappy to see him go. 
Trapattoni suggested that Sammon and his Derby teammate Jeff Hendrick should be playing in the Premier League: "they play Championship, and I have to ask why when I see the games in the Premier League and the way they play with us. Quality is quality

Connor Sammon was underrated I agree, can't say he lived up to what we hoped but he put himself about and played key roles in winning games in the first Mac season.

They normally communicate in this fashion in my experience.  An upgrade from Leeds though....

After three game days and three defeats, Derby County is 22nd in the 2nd division with 1: 8 goals. But: Dursun could earn a lot more there.

Reminds me of Marriott.  The goals he scores are normally follow ups or off the last man in the box.  Seems were getting like for like in many ways. Not really a hold up player from those clips.

Where is Lolley - has Lamouchi fallen out with him too, like Carvalho?
 
Jealous of Leeds, who attack and play football fluidly.
We have the players for it.
 
If Sabri stays we'll be relegated with a top 6 squad.
 
Colback sounds like he wants to cry.
we've dug ourselves into a huge hole, less than a month into the new season. After last year's hiccup, this was supposed to be our "nailed on for Top 6" glory season
It's the biggest crux of the fanbase. Other than the god years, you can make a good argument that Forest have always been a medium to good second tier side.

The most annoying thing for me is that there have been a couple of teams since that looked likely, but then they usually bring in some survival expert like Allardyce, Warnock or Pearson who just manages to pick up enough points in the second half of the season to dash our hopes.
I keep my hopes up every year as long as it is mathematically possible. The problem is that you only need 4 wins to beat the record, so we need a team that are catastrophically run from top to bottom that somehow managed to fluke their way up through the playoffs to stand any chance I think.
 

Of the records that's always annoyed me most is the 6-0 fa cup one. Probably because unlike the crapness we showed in 2007 it wasn't our fault but still gets trotted out- we had a goalie with a  broken arm and no subs back then  -what do you do.  I didn't even get any pleasure from Watfords six nil defeat as they grimly held out for the last minutes 15 minutes . Stones became as a big a bamford as bamford when he missed that open goal from a couple of yards in the last minute.

I honestly thought Villa had it in 2015. Duck me they were woeful getting spannered worse than us, Won two all season i think and one was the first match. Then somehow they got 8 points from 5 games in jan/ feb before more annoyingly picking up 1 point from about 15 games.

That cider is some powerful stuff. Only 2 players have scored more goals for us since the 70's and one of them holds the record for the most appearances in a Rams shirt. 
Looking forward to Bristol finally using him correctly, so he can score 500 goals in one season.

Half-time stats showed that Forest striker Lewis Grabban had six touches of the ball in the first 45 minutes.
Three of those were kick-offs.

He often came across as a bit of a tit. but for the money we signed him for he was decent.  Didn't we sell him for eight times what we paid which is a rarity in itself. He was inconsistent and prone to a mishap if the mood took him but very decent for spells. I think he was better than either of the two fullbacks we've just sold and have stated that here before.  A decent player with plenty of pace on a loan for the year with two promotions and premier league experience under his belt since we sold him.  Could be a decent addition with his pace on the counter. Depends how they set up.

Addictive.  Great till the last couple of episodes where it went a bit silly.  Looking forward to season 3 though.  Is it me or has Daniel Larusso turned into a nob .  Much prefer Johnny Lawrence and his 80's back catalogue keeping it real.

but yes, that’s why I really enjoyed cobra kai, no one is really a bad guy, no one is really a good guy. It’s as morally ambiguous as game of thrones, while still being fun and nostalgic. It’s quite clever really.

Started Mindhunter last week. 2 or 3 episodes in. Getting into it - love a bit of psychology with my crime drama. Set in the 70's. Promising.
