I receieved this via Yodel this morning - delivery bloke banged on the door a couple of times and then legged it....
I know it's been raining heavily, but it looked (and felt) as if he'd thrown it in a lake.....luckily the contents (a tin of varnish) weren't fragile.

Completely different situation to ours - Gibson's claim has no basis in reality.
As someone has already suggested, the only claim he could have any chance with is that we prevented them from from getting into 6th place - that may have cost them a very small amount of prize money and gate receipts for the play-off semi. Anything beyond that is pure guesswork and assumption on Gibson's part....

I doubt they could say any of those things without being seen to prejudice any legal case - just because people want them to say things doesn't mean they can....

Colin Todd came to my school a couple of times - once he brought his PFA Player of the Year trophy to show everyone in the school assembly, the other time was a school sports day when he helped untie my leg at the end of the three-legged race.....I waas completely awestruck.
Also, when I was a kid I used to help my Mum collect those little charity envelopes and met Archie Gemmell when we unwittingly knocked on his front door - I remember he wasn't overly impressed that we'd disturbed him....

The club come to an agreement with the EFL regarding our 'punishment' and we suddenly get a half-decent ref and a penalty in the same gaame? Too much of a coincidence methinks......

And this accusation is really bizarre given the amount of topics/posts being critical of Mel at the time. We've even had moderators being critical!
If the moderators reading want to give their experiences of being moderators, what was asked for them, feel free. 
We have had rules in place, that were there long before the advertising contract was signed. And the rules have not changed now Mel has left as they help shape the community I want this to be.
If fans want to use profanity towards anyone at the club, spread malicious rumours with complete freedom, use Twitter, Facebook. We're not going to change when the new owner(s) come in as I believe this is the right thing to do.
The only posts that are ever removed are those that cross the line, be it Mel, Rooney, the kitman.
Not once was I ever contacted for content to be removed, members details handed over. The only contact I had was here's the ads, could you put them on X date, remove them on X date, thank you. That's it, and that was with the marketing team.
If I could prove this somehow I would, but I honestly don't know how to.
