That is a very fair point. If EFL take action based on an unlawful rule then any action they take in consequence of that rule may also be challenged.

For very boring reasons, such as the way credit card providers guarantees would leave them liable, a company at risk of liquidation before providing the product (matches) being paid for may not be able charge credit cards and similar. Remember similar issues at the start of this season, could be same reason?

With the amount of publicity that Owen Bradley gives him, the new preferred bidder may well turn out to be Ron Brooks Toyota.

What we don't know is how that £20m interacts with the £20m MSD loan.  If they're the same £20m (and paying Mel £20m clears that debt), then it's not a massive issue IMO. If Mel is wanting £20m on top of everything else we owe, than I'm going to be a little bit annoyed...

Addison says Atwell apologises every time he sees him so he admits guilt.
I'd sue him for 34 million, it sounds like a nice round made up figure.

I had a bad dream about Steve Gibson chasing me around Doncaster so I think I’ll sue him as well. 

I've considered lodging a claim for damages against Steve Gibson's hair.
It has caused me so much distress and anguish that I can barely function.
Had it not been for Steve Gibson's hair I would probably have had a high flying career as an executive of innovation leading multinational companies.
The fact the Steve Gibson's hair existed throughout my life from adolescents to middle age has damaged my mental health and financial position to the tune of what I estimate to ge £45 million in damages and lost earnings.
I expect the EFL to fully support my claims and as a class action, I appeal to everyone who has had their life ruined by Steve Gibson's hair to come forward.
