  1. Add to that 12 months gardening leave before taking up a role with a rival F1 team and he's not seemed to be a fan of the proposed 26 regulations, he could be thinking of semi retiring and just doing projects that take his fancy (like the racing boats again).

Or I could be wrong and we see him rocking up to the red bull factory in a spanking new Ferrari 296 with a prancing horse bobble hat every day until he leaves.

  2. The club is certainly in a lot better state now for someone to invest in than it was, but like several posters above, you'd have to wonder why anyone would invest without gaining control of the club - there's potential, but who'd put in millions without a significant say over how they're spent?

I have absolute faith in DC to run the club at a level of losses he can cover until someone take it on, and not be in a position to take bad offers off bad actors out of despiration, but I do think he'll want to move the club on when someone suitable can take it on.

Fair play. I doubt anyone else has a lump of tarmac in their trophy cabinet to represent their greatest achievement.

Playing to sold out car parks, living the dream of kicking and hacking down better footballers on better teams, taking legal actions against clubs in administration, those joyful days that Wycombe fans will tell their grankids about in 15 or so years time...

They may have got things right on the pitch recently but this seems onimous , it gives me last days of Mel vibes. Owner no longer putting cash in and just borrowing it, until the credit runs out. I'm not bothered if they get points deduction and relegation but I really hope thay don't have to go through the insolvency s****.

Not good when things like that start floating about.

I'm fairly ambivelant about Everton but I never want to see clubs heading towards insolvancy.

  5. Adrian Newey's red bullxit set to be announced.

What will be interesting is how long gardening leave he has as part of his RBR and if he's got anything else planned, I know there's his road car project which is heavily red bull invested will probably continue.

It's Tuesday, is it too early to start a new 'Warne Out' thread?

Open views and discussion are essential to the forum, but on the other hand we must take firm measures to ensure the purity of the faith and heathen unbelievers must be purged.

No one expects the Paul Warne inquisition!

    *Tis a joke

CBT with a full Warne pre season under him could be very interesting. He’s got bags of ability - finished in the whoscored top 10 players in league one because of his output at Charlton.

I'd agree, we don't know the extent to which he was carrying injuries but it seems that's at least a part of it with him.

A preseason of getting PW fit and getting properly in sync with what his job is going to be and I think we'll see more from him next season.

  8. Best ever placing for me.

I can only put it down to my decision to wear a foil lined bobble hat at all times since September last year. I'm petitioning to have the wearing of the bobble hat become a protected characteristic of those who follow Paul Warne.

Not only has the lining kept out the government mind control rays, it has improved my career success and my love life.

  9. Surely there's no rush to consider Warne's contract, there's enough length to give both sides comfort.

Much as actually achieving promotion has put to he'd a lot,I know some have a valid question about Paul Warne in the championship. I feel like if that gets answered positively (in so far as results in line budgets and expectations from the board) then it comes down to what PW wants to do as it's clear Clowes is bought into PW for all sorts of reasons beyond the bare results.

This will no doubt surface as proof on the forest incel 4chan without further scrutiny.

"They're not even hiding it anymore, everyone knows a combination of lizard people, oil wealth investment funds, the CIA and the new world order project are doing everything they can to relegated forest. Donate to my fundraiser so I can keep grifting...sorry... fighting for the truth"

  11. How good it is it to have Marc Marquez back to his old self?

Sprint was crazy, but the main race was good.

the formula e monaco race merits a look at the highlights.

BTCC was it's usual self, the reverse grid race at the end being particually fun.

There was british GT at silverstone as well, soaking wet and not really followed it as there's only so many hours in the day.
