Basically, TUPE states they can go and get another job, but DCFC hold the players’ registration to be able to play football. I hear Maccies are hiring.

Yeh the player had to gather enough points based on certai criteria - one of which is the league of the buying club i believe. When we were in the Championship it was something like 9 players in all of Germany that we could buy. Id be very surprised if any can gather enough points for us to sign them now. Just seems a waste of time to scout contiental europe unless we're in the premier league
Unless of course they have a British passport, or could get one, or have worked for some time already in the UK.

I know he's a Brummy but hasn't Roy Wood from Wizzard lived in Derbyshire for years.
He's done everything he can to keep his Xmas track going, even so far as duetting with the wombles, so I'm sure we could get him to re-write that for us. Everyone knows the tune.
Maybe get him, the guy from 1D, the guy from Blur and whoever else to form a supergroup. Must be able to do something using Cox, Wizz and a Hor?
Was a regular in the Fat Cat Cafe….really nice guy.

Well, he's not going to say "lolz not happening." Is he?
The golf round he's playing is obviously something he has paid for, DCFC something he hasn't.
The golf is bad optics - but of cK is playing it straight then he can't do anything to speed up the money so might as well play golf If he's not playing it straight the playing golf is irrelevant.
I love Derby, but if I had the chance to play at that tournament with Poulter and Garcia (let alone the business connections) I’d happily make every Derby fan wait for another week. Sorry.

In terms of him playing golf rather than being interviewed, that’s a difficult one to interpret. Either he is still confident and doesn’t feel the need to interrupt his game or he wants to avoid any difficult questions. Possibly for the first time, I find myself thinking the latter.
To be fair….that’s not ‘just a round of golf’!
A chance to play with the best pro pair, and all the networking opportunities and the fact it will have cost a fortune and been booked months ago. I can forgive him this one. -

I’m all in favour of suing any club which had an effect on our relegation whereby they breached any rules this season gone. Points taken off us…places…whatever. They are all compliant in their silence letting Boro and WW drag out our problems.

Just reading a post from @Ambitiousin the Bielik thread. He mentions the player's book value.
Does anyone know what actually happens to these values post-administration? Is it am opportunity to write all the values down?
I’m not an expert by any means…but surely a residual asset can only carry over the valuation given at the time of the administration. If a new company (as has been created) sells the asset, the opening balance of said asset would be the last valuation done under the administration process. If Bielik has a good Summer we could technically make some profit….for the balance sheet at least!

Meant to be a Mossad hit squad that did Captain Bob in. Allegedly.
Is a crowdfunder applicable?

£200 on the latest champ manager, 5 members of the backroom team supplied with unlimited monster and a week later we’ll have the top 20 L2/L1 prospects for a tenth of an Anya. Sorted.

I'm guessing that by needing to ask that question, maybe it's not for you...
I’m guessing, with that level of uncertainty, direction and communication, it would be perfect for him.

And to come up from League Two?
It's a sad state of affairs when the second score I look for is Exeters and then Plymouth.
Living in Cornwall, I'm hoping Exeter come up and Plymouth stay where they are as both are about an hour for me. If I can get tickets that is, Exeter only holds just over 8k in total.
Me too! Will be going to a few away days next season!

Looking forwards to city vs derby.taking my daughter to her first ever game for it. I'd take her to Plymouth v derby but Plymouths a s***hole, and I don't particularly want to take my kids there of I don't have to
Plymouth is a great city….lived here 6 years. The Barbican and The Hoe are stunning areas. Like everywhere it has its parts, but there is a decent centre with shops, recently rated top 10 nights out and the moors and golden beaches within 20 minutes.

Do we think Ashley would be told the amount and details of the other bids .
IMO the answer is no .
So waiting to see if you could get a Harold Steptoe deal is ridiculous
Actually…it would be common practice to have a minimum acceptable amount due to administrator’s pre negotiations with creditors…they would then inform the potential bidders of current bids in order to drive the price up with a deadline set for last possible bids. Just like EBay….in fact has anyone checked if we are listed?

Ashley for me…..although right now I’d take anyone at all to save the club.
He either loves football, or thinks he can make some money (through the club or by advertising and tax deductions with SD)
He is from the area, is clearly successful and therefore has the sort of ego who would like to stick fingers up at the Newcastle lot….All in all, I can’t see it being anything other than very successful….comparatively to the last 15 years at least.
