Is anyone up of EFL regs? I'm writing to Rick to complain about the "systematic cheating" comments and was going to suggest they had broken this regulation.  Anone have any better ideas?
 
21.2        Notwithstanding the provisions of Regulation 21.1, all Officials and Players shall by virtue of their fulfilment of those roles be deemed to have given to The League:
21.2.1    an undertaking to The League not to bring The League or any Club, into disrepute;

Yes but I was going to also send this from DC2, which suggests that the means rea required for "systematic cheating" has not been made out.

In my opinion, and I fight tears as I type, I think we are screwed.
I was given hope yesterday and this morning when seeing MPs and business leaders, famous people etc rallying behind our cause.
That statement says it all. 
The EFL should just realise a 3 word statement...
"Because We Can"
Boro and Wycombe are dogs with bones.
The EFL aren't growing a back bone and clearly not willing to help us.
No one wants to commit to buying us.
The administrators are proving to be absolutely terribly incompetent.
If Shinnies deal is anything to go by, we have a lot of work to do to raise the money needed in 2 weeks.
It feels like there are too many things that need to fall into place at once and the administrators are desperately running out of time.

Frankly it's mixed, there are some voices saying Gibson should back down but they seem to be a minority at the moment.
 

I think thats being optimistic. I was watching Downfall last night and it struck me that yesterdays game was being like being in a wild April 1945 Berlin party, great party but because of the imminent defeat. I think we'll only have half a side by next week, and feel like curling up and crying about it. With the us18 and u23 games being on tv and watching them play and come through it would feel like a massive loss for the kids to depart on the cheap.  I hope you are right and my fears are unfounded.

massive irony here. For MM the holy grail became that the academy would be the future of the club, with the odd Bielik thrown in here and there. We are witnessing his dream unfold, cruelly for him, as we watch Bird soaring, Knight on his charger, Tommo with his grenades, the Festival of Festy - and with Bielik yet to roar back into life. No, MM needs to make it clear to the admins that he will do what is needed to stem the flow of talent.

As vindictive and spite filled as Gibson is I don’t think he wants to be the one to liquidate us.
He wants to savage the club to within an inch of its life, leave us in league 1, with a bunch of kids on the playing staff and nothing else. All because he thinks we cheated him out of a league placing his team wasn’t good enough to achieve anyways.
The big clue is in the deadline date the EFL has issued, February 1st. 
That deadline is there to ensure the club is stripped of players and can’t bring any in. After this the EFL will say they have resolved the Boro issues and they will allow the takeover.
Its all very transparent, no matter how much Parry denies it. He thinks we’re daft!

yes we had the euphoria of yesterday and boy didnt they do us proud.
but i fear if nothing is sorted in the next 48hours then its bye bye manager and skipper.
all with the red dogs waiting for us at the end of it.
