He says life is unpredictable, trying to control what they can on the pitch.

Off the pitch events, losing Jags and Shinnie are difficult.

The squad is been brought together by the adversity this season. He enjoys the commaradary and togetherness.

Rooney is just normal. Squad is mainly 30+ or U21. Says the over 30s see him as a mate. The U21s are different but he is very down to earth.

Says Rooney could have walked away but fair play he’s stuck to it.

Thought he spoke really well, said it was tough Jags going and the way it happened but that Stearman is a more than capable replacement, said he’s had 6 clean sheets in 7 games or something so clearly still got it. Also loved what he said about them enjoying this season strangely, due to how close the squad is and the challenges they’re overcoming. Finally, the little pop at the EFL at the end calling their claims about helping us however they can as laughable, what a man ?

Admins and DCFC should be doing everything they can to get the likes of Curtis, Wayne, Bird (possibly) out and talking about our situation like this. One thing that this weekend has made apparent is that once fair-minded fans start to learn more about what’s going on, the more it is apparent that our treatment is unacceptable.

This is why the EFL have felt moved to deny a vendetta. They couldn’t care less that a few thousand Derby fans thought they were corrupt and underhand, but now that that is a view being taken up by the wider public, it’s a a slippery slope for them that ends in their abolition.

That’s why they have this vendetta now. They know that if they let this get out of hand, all their heads are on the chopping block. I think they’ve overreached, and it’s starting to get behind them. They’re fighting fires, but sun or lose at this stage, I really hope and think this will signify massive reform for the league. It’s all gone too public now.
