I genuinely swear, even if this was happening to Forest, a part of me would be thinking that this is starting to look like a vendetta........Leeds on the other hand.

Concerning that he seems to say it was only when he hit absolute rock bottom that the club offered any support. He does suggest things have improved somewhat so perhaps we might still see him show some of the outrageous talent he possesses when fit and in a good place. Either way, I hope he can at least begin to rebuild his life as it sounds like he's been in a bad way for a long time now.

Wow, very brave to go on and say that, I think he came to Derby because of the supporters and how we were with him. HIs health is the most important thing, but I hope to see him on the pitch soon and for him to realise he is part of the Derby family, we don't just say once a Ram always a Ram we mean it. 

Villa are one that annoy me. They had to sell their stadium to remain compliant (as we did), but they've had to do that even with parachute payments. The villa fans i worked with at the time really wouldnt shut up about them battering us multiple times, but it would have been embarrasing if we'd been able to compete with them after the money they spent.

The one that gets my goat is Leeds.  The club clamouring all over social media for our relegation, would very likely be in the same boat if they hadn't gone up and were the only club to my knowledge, allowed to finish one season in administration and start another one in the same state. They should by rights have been removed from the league so they can balls.

Why? If I was in charge Buchanan would be 13 million and I would be commanding a lot more for Sibley and Knight. Those valuations are based on our general crapness when it comes to selling players. And the fact I wouldnt lose sleep if we lost the mentioned players, after this year I honestly think the club needs a great reset and I wouldn't be upset to lose anyone if it meant saving the club.
If I was in charge of Derbys recruitment back when we were splashing cash i would moved heaven and earth to sign Tom Cairney from Blackburn, a player I rated before he made a name at Fulham, Sergei Canos when he was at Liverpool and Alan Judge at Brentford. Whether they would have signed for us is another thing of course.
 

I remember seeing him in a club in Manchester back in the mid 90's during my college days. He had a queue of women waiting to chat to him. Me being an ugly get from Matlock thought 'I'm not having this' walked up to him and reminded him in jovial mood 'unlucky mate 5-0' with Man U having been thrashed by Newcastle only days earlier. Purely based on EFL on Quest highlights over recent months but a couple of young flare players who've caught my eye are Carlos Mendes Gomes (Morcambe) & Scott Twine (Swindon)

Ronan Curtis at Portsmouth looks like he had something about him. Ellis Simms from Everton (suggested him in Jan too). Accrington keeper Toby Sabin.

With him being on a works night out and having refused the offer of a taxi home I would say it was gross misconduct and brought the club into disrepute.
Just my opinion though and by no means a comment on employment law.

I just hope that whilst we've got this back and forth going on before a final decision is made that we're not under more transfer embargos. We need to act quickly this summer to get some good players in - we can't leave things until the last minute this time.
