Hope Bird does start as we have really missed him but only if he’s 100% as we can’t afford to lose him again.

B4, the EFL have no control of the referees.
If you believe there is a vendetta against Derby County, your issue should be with the PGMOL, not the EFL.
It's the PGMOL that appoint referees across the Premier League and EFL.
Howard Webb is the leader of the PGMOL. Direct your anger at him.
It would be like blaming Showcase Cinema for the quality of the Star Wars film. Would that be fair?
Go talk to Sheffield Wednesday fans, Ipswich, Plymouth, Barnsley, any club at this level and they will all tell you the same thing, the officiating at this level is horrendous.
We all see it and it has an effect on all matches. Some weeks we have go shockingly poor decisions go our way, others not. It's a s*** show.
The better officials in this country are put in charge of Premier League games, then Championship and by League 1 we're scraping the barrel.
To be fair, even the best officials with the added assistance of VAR are still making questionable decisions.
Anyway, just to repeat, this is not an EFL vendetta, the referee for the Plymouth game was not told to go easy on Plymouth and be harsh on Derby.

Spoke to my mate this morning who lives in Oxford and he said it was just cold and wet and thinks the game will go ahead.

In Reading now, just drove past Oxford . Five inches of snow when we left home in Nottinghamshire and then gradually got less on the way here. No snow from about 20 miles from Oxford and 4 degrees.

Quite an exciting young talent, this lad. I've just remembered we're not allowed to big up the young 'uns, so I'll just quietly hope the progress is maintained ?

Will be driving down tomorrow morning, staying in Plymouth until Saturday.
Then stopping off at Oxford on the way home, well would be rude not to ?

When I were just a lad we'd be in the ground from 1, hoarse by 2 yet still outsinging the oppo fans at 10 to 5.

My team would be:
Wildmsith
Smith, Forsyth, Cashin, Roberts
Hourihane, White
Knight, Sibley, Dobbin
McGoldrick
Start Sibley as the wildcard in the hole. If he's having no joy come half time hook him and stick NML or Springett on.

That's very magnanimous of you to concede that.
Anyway bitchy comment aside which is beneath me so apologies, I've realised this afternoon why I haven't been on this forum for weeks now - same usual suspects propagating the same stock line whether it be our current manager, victimisation by the EFL, deliberate bias of referees against us rinse and repeat. That cohort probably includes myself truth be known.
The banality is utterly depressing for me.
Hopefully we'll be in a higher division this time next season, if not we've still got a club anyway so won't matter an iota whether you agree with me or not or you quote stats to back up whatever point you're trying to make.
Upwards on onwards

Premier ram reacted to CBRammette in Sexism at Pride Park
Perhaps the title of thread could be changed to "Lack of sexism at PP". Been attending matches since 83/4 - never witnessed any sexist behaviour at any matches. All this from one idiot on twitter?
