ollycutts1982 got a reaction from Adslegend in Derby County Vs Bristol City matchday thread, Saturday 3pm kick off
This season has been one of, if not, the best in my 27 years as a ST holder. The bond built between the club and the fans is unbelievable. But most importantly for me is how my lads have taken to it. I was worried I was losing the younger one to Chelsea (Mason Mount link) through covid. But this season, especially since Xmas he has absolutely loved it, singing and shouting all game and now wanting to go away too, he’s had a ST for 4 years but has really got black and white in the blood now. Same with the oldest, at nearly 16 it’s not cool for him to come out with me but he is now the same wanting to attend all the games home and away and even a ST next year.
Thanks to Wayne, the staff and the players for bringing this club as tight knit as it has ever been. Let’s get the takeover complete and see what the summer brings.

Since Jags left - only one (Blackburn), though it's arguable that the narrow defeats to Forest, Millwall, Cardiff, Luton and Swansea, and the draws with Brum and Cov, might have been improved upon with Jags there.
There's no doubt though that the lack of pure striking options has been the real killer in away games - only 13 goals in 22 games is what happens when you're forced to rely on one crocked veteran and a couple of kids.

How many of those were we in a winning position? I still maintain had we been able to keep Jags some of those defeats would have been draws and draws wins. However Cashin is the future so the game time he’s had will be invaluable next season. Providing we can keep hold of him.

I actually think Ravel plays better with Lawrence in the team. They appear to be in the same wavelength and link up well together. All about opinions I suppose.

But Festy hasn’t performed since Sheff Utd and Sibbo even longer.
Festy isn’t here next season so why not use the players that hopefully will.

If it meant putting some money in the coffers I would be willing to pay a slight increase. I think our prices have always been relatively reasonable.

I will buy 4 season tickets , no matter which division we are in. But I would have no objections to giving the North stand over to free kids tickets. Anything to stop them supporting Man U or Liverpool. And get some taking penalties at ht and see if we can find a striker for the future.

Man City’s Mendy, Utd’s Greenwood and Everton’s Sigurdsson will all be on trial elsewhere so that rules them out.

Jonathan Hunt. His highlight with us was his goals in the come back against Boro.

Tbf today Curtis handled in the box first half and Alsop should have been sent off. We have been hard done by but all teams will point to decisions that they should have had.
I for one am just glad we’ve taken it to the wire.

Sorry. It’s become a bit of an obsession. That’s just what I need something else to obsess about DCFC like there’s not anything else happening. It’s a good release though.
You’re doing a great job @admira??

Izale McLeod. Another one who looked decent in his early days. Still had a decent enough career though.
I think I need a hobby ??

Worst thing is, the other day I thought "should do Izale McLeod, he'd be interesting"... Then I didn't get it until I saw your answer ?
