Relax buddy. Clowes is the real deal and all will be resolved asap. That may well be tomorrow but so be it. Announce the deal, confirm Liam as gaffer and that players A, B, C etc are staying all in one day and you can party away.

It's Friday and I'm lazy. Is the following correct?
* PP has been sold to Mr Clowes and we no longer risk being homeless
* Mr Clowes' bid to takeover the club is highly likely to succeed
* We will be able to sign players and offer contracts to our current players before they all go elsewhere

There won't be two lists. If for any reason we aren't able to play our games then L1 will have 23 clubs and whoever is scheduled to play us in that particular round of matches will have a free weekend/midweek.
An alternative fixture list would require another team who we might supposedly switch with (Derby/Wycombe being interchangeable last time). The logistics of moving multiple teams around divisions make it a non-starter.
Ipswich at home is my random guess fwiw.

* I can remember playing FGR in the FA Cup and Exeter (and possibly Cheltenham in the League Cup).
That 1986 meeting listed against Lincoln was 7-0 iirc

Early to mid June can't be right can it? They've only just finished. I'd have thought the first week of July and even that doesn't feel like enough of a rest.
