I'll be pretty miffed if my subscription doesn't cover friendlies. I'm 99% certain it has in the past though as I remember games against Salford and Hoffenheim. 

Can we get this and the Stearman deals put in the Transfers thread? I suspect many of us head there first for updates and a reminder of the deals we've done.

Remember that? Norwich had been relegated from the Championship but were favourites for Lge 1 and expected to bounce back. The above was their season opener. Half time was 0-5. Poor Angus Gunn as manager looking like a shell-shocked Eddie Hitler. 
They did recover to win the division though.

I think we can include the youngsters who featured last season too, the likes of Robinson etc as they will be in or around the matchday 18.

It would be nice if he could agree a 1 year deal on the agreement we sell him for the first reasonable bid that comes in. That could be his thanks for the club not sacking him along with the guy who didn't commit a serious offence.

I think we needed to play Cartwright otherwise he wouldn't have played enough games to be eligible for the QF (and beyond we hope).

Relax buddy. Clowes is the real deal and all will be resolved asap. That may well be tomorrow but so be it. Announce the deal, confirm Liam as gaffer and that players A, B, C etc are staying all in one day and you can party away.

It's Friday and I'm lazy. Is the following correct?
* PP has been sold to Mr Clowes and we no longer risk being homeless
* Mr Clowes' bid to takeover the club is highly likely to succeed
* We will be able to sign players and offer contracts to our current players before they all go elsewhere

There won't be two lists. If for any reason we aren't able to play our games then L1 will have 23 clubs and whoever is scheduled to play us in that particular round of matches will have a free weekend/midweek. 
An alternative fixture list would require another team who we might supposedly switch with (Derby/Wycombe being interchangeable last time). The logistics of moving multiple teams around divisions make it a non-starter.
