Somebody has waited a long time to be able to post something like that

Love at first sight (Netflix)
Naff title will put some off but it's actually a pretty decent romcom about a young couple who meet at a US airport while both on their way back to blighty.
Not a classic but the characters are engaging enough and there are a few interesting ideas.
6/10

Knock at the Cabin
Dave Bautista, Ron Weasley and friends call on a family holidaying in a forest cabin and inform them that they have to make a horrible decision in order to avert the apocalypse.

I'm all for electric vehicles, if more money was spent building the infrastructure necessary to be at the same convenience as a petrol/diesel car. Living on a terrace street for the example, where are you meant to charge the vehicles? Do we go and park in a designated charging area for 10-15 minutes then drive home?
Let's not forget petrol and diesel won't just disappear off the streets, even when the ban does come into force, they'll be a mix for another 5-10 years afterwards. We might even see Hydrogen cars come into the market, if the price of developing these cars went down
The car technology is really well developed. It’s making the hydrogen in large quantities that’s the problem, as it’s very energy intensive currently.
Lots of research going on at the moment though, so hopefully…..

True story.....I had a rare outing to the local bar last Friday with a mate. A bloke I didn't know came & stood next to me at the bar & was looking at the warm pork scratchings for sale on the counter...
Me: "They're really nice"
Him: "Hmmm. I picked up a new car today"
Me: "Oh"
Him: "A Tesla"
Me: "OK, Bye"

Just started season 4 of Schitt's Creek and still loving it.
Maybe not quite as many laugh-out-loud funny moments as nearer the start (bit hard to make fish out of water jokes last more than a season or so) but this is more than made up for by the characters and particularly their on-going development.
Great TV.

Just beacuse the pre-match poem has had a few mentions, I'll throw my tuppence in on this and say that I really hate it. It's too long & cringey but most of all - entirely centered around the city of Derby. We're Derby County.
I'm a Derby County fan and proud to say I'm from Derbyshire but having grown up in the middle of the Peak District, have no affinity with Derby as a city - except as being the location of the football club.
The poem should reflect the county, not just the city.

Winger off for a winger. Nice one Warne. Don’t be too attacking … at home … against mid table …. With 30,000 fans behind you.
FFS.
Portsmouth 5th, unbeaten and with the best goal difference in the league before this match but why let the facts get in way of a good moan

Europa Report.
No spoilers, except....
Arthur C Clarke warned them.... All of there worlds are yours except Europa. Use them together - use them in peace.
Pillocks didn't listen.
Seriously, I really enjoyed this quite gripping film.
Gerry Daly/10.
Saw this yesterday on your recommendation.
Enjoyed it but I was thrown by a bizarre timeline shift (no spoilers but the bit about the EVA event) where a crucial bit was shown out of sequence with the rest of the story.
Pretty good over all. 6.5/10

I know what you mean but I'm not sure a cut off would be workable. If a game could be abandoned after a certain length of time, then you could bet that some people would deliberately try and get the game abandoned for selfish reasons. Maybe for weather events only?.

Ah, thanks I've never heard of that film.
By pure coincidence I watched 2010 last night, for the first time in many years. I'll have a look for this one.

I never said it did have any value
people use shots on target and possession I don’t know why people get so defensive when xg is brought up
al that matters is the final score but xg is a good tool that helps you gauge how you are doing in games
Because (for me at least) if you're watching the game, you could have a pretty good estimate of the numbers for posession and especially shots. xg?. No chance & for that reason, it doesn't feel real.

It's the volatility that scares people though - me probably more than most, admittedly.
I've just picked one year - 2021 - which looks good overall on your post but when you see that during that year, the price doubled and then halved again, TWICE, I'm not sure I'd have got any sleep if I'd got a big investment in it.

Always always always wanted a Millenium Falcon but instead got Starbird.
It went pew pew pew and had a changing engine noise but was a bit crap really.
