Help me here.
Myself and many others who live abroad or cant get to games pay a substantial monthly subscription to Rams TV. I dont shut mine down in the close season. I continue to pay even though there are no games to watch for a couple of months. Have done this since RamsTV and showing live games started however many years ago that was. 
 
Im far from being wealthy so its quite a large amount from my monthly income whats left over.
So… am I on my own thinking its very cheeky asking for extra money to watch pre season friendlies like today? A fiver isnt much to many but I think this is a bit of a misstep from the club.

Got up at 6.25 this morning and put BBC Breakfast News on and there was a half hour programme about Rob and living with MND it was heart breaking to watch and hard as well, there was one point when one of the doctor's was talking to him about the end and how he felt about it and he just smiled and said he didn't want anyone talking negative like that. You think you have problems in life and feel a bit down then programmes like that show us how lucky we are. I'm not ashamed to say I had tears rolling down my cheeks when his wife/mum/dad were trying to talk about life without him. 

Bottled it I think. Gutted but you cant play this poorly in a world cup semi final and expect to win.

I've watched every minute of every game so far (sometimes, to be a pathetic downtrodden OAP has its advantages).
Nearly every game has been wonderful, but today's game between Namibia and UAE was simply spellbinding.

Played cricket at sudbury once never short of volunteers to fetch the ball when it cleared the fence

I lived and worked in Wolverhampton late 80s early 1990.
When Derby were playing too far away to get to or fixtures were on differing days or evenings I would find a spot on Molineux South Bank and take in the match and generally great atmoshphere.
It was in the days of one Steve Bull marauding his way through defences and causing mayhem. He was a sight to behold. 
So, yes, soft spot for Wolves.
 
Sidenote… I played a charity game v Wolves Ex Players run by Mel Eves. Former player.
Some well known ex Wolves players from 70s played. John Richards who also had a spell at Derby was there. It was a great afternoon and my whole average football career highlight happened in this match. I attempted a hollywood pass, outside of the boot swerving 30 yards ( might have only been 10 yards but its my story so Im sticking with 30) to our centre forward.
Think Roberto Carlos style… go on… imagine!! 
By some fluke it worked and we scored our only goal of a 12-1 defeat. 12-1 against this lot felt like a draw really.
Anyway… the planets 2nd ever million pound player Steve Daly ran past me just after THE pass of the game. Nay, pass of the decade… and whistled and said ” bloody amazing that was”. 
 
We made a pile of money for Children in Need and professional footballers thought I was amazing. Lol.
Happy days. 

Forgot Brentford......done everything the right way, good well run club, playing football the right way 

Portsmouth - family in the area who are ST owners .
Manchester City - anybody who upsets the entitled Manure fans is good .

Brentford provided some feel good factor this evening.

Is it embarrassing to sue a club for outcompeting you for players, when that club is in a lower league than you, and under a heavy spending restriction? Asking for a friend…

If I lived in Nottingham then I wouldn't drive to Derby every day. I'd make the journey once and never go back. ?
