Bereft of creativity in the middle of the park. As much as he runs around, Knight doesn't give us that and I prefer Shinnie as the box to box. Get Sibley on for Knight and throw Joz on for Waggy. We need something and we've been given nothing.

    Come on you Rams.
Nothing more to say today. We have to be behind the lads.

Here we go. The biggest game of ours in atleast 20 years (I think, well, it’s the biggest game that I can remember!!)....
I’m genuinely bricking it right now, but whatever happens, happens.
Whether we stay up, or go down, I’ll always support this fantastically frustrating football club. I just hope this time in 6 months we’ll have a football club to support.
    Que sera, sera.
    Up the rams. COME ON!!!!

Must say I find it surprising that Ed Dawes would be arrogant enough to think that. He doesn’t seem the type.

I don't mean to be pious but some football fans see Administration as the 'short term pain for long term gain' approach to seeing a their club become a better football team. Sorry, but advocating administration is morally corrupt.
Any business that goes into administration has a knock-on effect for other businesses that don't get paid what they are rightly owed; quite often leading to a few people losing their own livelihoods for no fault of their own. At the very least it deprives entities like HMRC of revenue.
To suggest that pathway is right because it will wipe out debt - and by obvious inference, allow a football club to spend on players again - is wrong on every level.

I'm in complete agreement with this. Where we are now is not because of managerial nouse it's because of Bielik. He is the reason we're not already relegated, along with a fully fit CKR.
Having said that, I'm not for sacking Rooney and would like to see him have the chance to bring in a few players this summer along with being able to implement a bit of an identity. Whether that be in league one or not. We have such a low level of confidence and lack of leadership, a couple of shrewd signings could make a huge difference, especially if we see Bielik back to his best and we see development in the academy lads, including those who have stepped into the first team this season.
For now, focus needs to be on Saturday. If we go down, this season has obviously been a disaster that will shape the club for years. If we don't, its still been a disaster.

This. We have to play to win on Saturday, and win by a couple. We can't hold onto a one nil or a draw so unless we are two up, I won't be at all confident on Saturday.

The introduction of Bielik to the team increased the confidence of the rest of the team. We all saw that confidence drop the instant Bielik was injured.

Rooney has been working in some form with these players since November 19. None of this should have caught him out. He cannot expect to  command the fight from the players when he himself didn't do it as a player/captain/coach. He did what they are doing now. You reap what you sow.

At the end of the day the lad is a Premier League player and could actually thrive with the way that Cocu wants to play.  If he signs then I will back the lad and not dismiss him before he's actually pulled on a Derby shirt!

Yeh - But we keep having to start from Year One all over again every time we get a new manager - This is my biggest frustration
For me this is the most successful Year One we've ever had - A full and proper clear out and drafted some genuine talent in from the youth setup - Now Year Two needs to be about getting the style right and establishing a spine for the team - I'm totally fine with a mid-table finish if we can see that moving in the right direction
