I know its the Sun and I know our positions are totally different but Chelsea apparently after 2 days have a £110m lifeline to stop them going out of business due to MPs renegotiating their special licence. 2 days. For a club that was essentially Millwall with some celeb fans. Not an old historic club who were founding members of the league but a club allowed to thrive based on extremely dodgy money. 2 days. What do our MPs have to say about that? Article says 
"But MPs yesterday revealed that two days of negotiations with club chiefs had resulted in a revised licence which will now allow the Blues to access previously FROZEN television and prize money.
Chelsea are permitted to use all the  potential £35m in TV income from the Prem and Uefa until the end of the season PLUS all prize money they are due from domestic and European competitions.
They are set to pocket £39m from the Prem if they stay in third place — and up to £36m if they retain their Champions League crown."

Not man enough to win individual battles in away games. We need to get nasty and break up attacks any way we can. 
We are too happy to let the opposition have the ball and we don’t work hard enough to support players in possession.
We still have the problem that only about three Derby players look remotely capable, or indeed keen, to score a goal.

The administrators should be saying 'hardly anything'. They  needed to stem the sneaky leaks that feed the clickbait and the negative agenda that's surrounded DCFC for over 2 years, inculcated by Gibson, the EFL and certain gobby media careerists.
They need a certain £££ amount to satisfy, HMRC, EFL and other creditors, in a clear format from bidders with no dodgy conditions or traps, to free Derby from administration in the best-case scenario of avoiding more points penalties.
The club was more valuable in December, when they first intended to name a PB - when the squad was stronger and now-departed players could have contributed to 'The Great Escape' or provided a better squad basis on which to build.
The EFL blocking this PB declaration (2 or 3 times) whilst the hidden agenda of assured relegation was being played out by the EFL & parasites, causing the desperate player exodus for cashflow, meant that Q has had to revalue and re-present their requirements to bidders several times - and casualties in the renewed bidding battle have occurred.
 

My colleague has responded to his local MP's twitter request for volunteers to take in any refugees from Ukraine, and after a week or so wait, he replied back that he should just keep looking at the home office website for details of when they will be looking for accommodation.
I'd say, there's zero political will to take refugees right now. There however is political will to take credit for it, so that's why they don't mind asking you on Twitter to volunteer. But right now, the UK isn't a part of the solution.

It’s pathetic,is this the best we can do.

My wife and I have seriously discussed the possibility of offering our spare bedroom to a refugee. (Mum and a Child). I actually believe hundreds of thousands of people in this country will do the same. 
Are there others on here who are considering doing the same?

Sadly, it looks like the recent political populism to water down the Human Rights Act will result in many more horrific situations for ordinary people.
Its always ordinary people who suffer, in any war or conflict, its always the ordinary folk who get tortured, killed, made homeless, become refugees, the rich carry on being rich, ordinary folks carry on getting shafted.
We've not moved on much as a civilisation have we really?
I always wondered what sort of people opposed the Human Rights Act. Its fairly obvious now. My grandad knew, he fought against them from 1939 to 1946. 
He thought he'd won. He never dreamt for one minute that we'd just give it away again.
