With the current prices of steel, plastics for the seats transport and labour, you could double the £80 million to rebuild

At the end of 2018, that debt was £0. Considering the amount Mel had been putting in each month peaked at £3m, then I'm strugglingto believe it could possibly be that high just 3 and a bit years on. When you factor in reduced costs (quoted as saying at £1.5m a month), and the MSD loan of about £30m) then £50m debt owed seems like the maximum amount possible.

I've shown my workings out for cash flow many times over the past few months and I struggle to see how it results in administration. That remains the case until we no longer have assets (players) to sell.
To keep us going to the transfer window, Mel needs to find about £500k pw - he has stated he will cover that.

It stands to reason that Mel (Gellaw 202) is still paying for the stadium in instalments - there's no way we've received all of the £80m since 2018 and spent it. That's £80m for the stadium, £30m turnover in 18/19, £25m turnover in 19/20 and £15m turnover in 20/21, and combined sales since the end of 17/18 of about £15 (£165m total)
Those outstanding instalments will therefore likely be the club's biggest source of income for the next few months, unless we ask for an advance from the EFL (up to £6m PL funding). Without that money, the club folds, which is in no one's best interests, including MSD.
 
 
 
For those unsure about which companies have filed for administration, it's the ones circled which are affected.

 

Boro had more right for complaint on the amortisation stuff and were dismissed. Wycombe want compensation for us overspending between 2015 and 2018... where's the logic in that?
We're going into administration in a season Wycombe are in the league below. It has nothing to do with them.
The other way round? Well, If Burnley went into administration right now, would Fulham have the right to complain and take legal action because they were relegated last season? Not on your nelly!
