RIMBAUD got a reaction from Finch in Keogh Sacked
Fair enough. I think RK was really stupid but the club were in the wrong. The rest we’re agreeing on. I’m good with that. ?

RIMBAUD reacted to therams69 in EFL appeal
I never said that was bad management did I? Clearly he needed to be dealt with...
I said it was bad management sacking him. This needed to be watertight and clearly wasn't, however, clearly we took the risk and we are now paying for it. This isn't your standard workplace mistake of perhaps a few thousand, we are talking 2.3m. A huge oversight.
Hardly surprising though considering we had already got it wrong with Sam and paid him off. God knows how much that was. Mel was intent from day 1 in sacking Keogh and as I have eluded to before, he always gets his way because he has no one around him to challenge him. Unless of course you think this would be coming out his personal pocket, in which case I have no issue. But if this is coming out the clubs coffers then yes its bad management. Obviously.

RIMBAUD reacted to JfR in Keogh Sacked
It was the EFL
"Keogh went to the EFL’s Player Related Dispute Commission, where he won a full payout only for Derby to contest the decision at the League Appeals’ Committee."

RIMBAUD reacted to angieram in Keogh Sacked
It's not the law that agrees with him, it is two internal EFL sub-committees.

Why. The law agrees with him. DCFC were wrong. He was only sacked when he would not take a pay cut. If it had been handled properly there would not have been a problem.
yet another example of the mismanagement of the club imo

Bristol is an excellent city.

I've seen enough now. Be careful what you wish for. Please Mel no matter how desperate you are to sell, don't let this guy anywhere near our football club.

I know it’s supposed to be a joke but I don’t like it.

Yes, I really dislike it also. Totally get it was meant as a parody of how we're referred to in the media but Rooney's name & 'brand' is now so toxic with some, its becoming divisive.
A vote as @ck- suggests would maybe be the fairest way of deciding whether to keep it or not.

Class act. Good player, intelligent and speaks well. If only he had another year in him.

RIMBAUD reacted to Comrade 86 in Wayne Rooney
This ended any chance of Mel walking away with his credibility in tact. If it was down to the fake sheik, no contract should have been awarded prior to receipt of cleared funds. If it was down to Mel...
It's a horrible end to his tenure, especially when you consider the financial costs and the toll it's taken on his health and it saddens me greatly that we've come to a place where both the club's commercial standing and Mel's reputation have been so markedly damaged.

RIMBAUD reacted to ollycutts1982 in Wayne Rooney
Ultimately when Rooney leaves, hopefully this time next week he will be gone, he can look back at why he failed. For me not bringing in an experienced number 2 (as the season went on he could of swallowed some pride and asked Mac), his tactics and substitutions were ill thought, failure to strengthen the squad in January (genuinely how many would we want permanently) and finally his failure to get the players fighting for him and the shirt.
Stay up he must go - if we stay up it will purely be due to others failing to take advantage
Go down he must go - 6 defeats on the bounce in our position is unforgivable
