Warne out. He’s been here long enough now to recruit the players he wants and coach the existing players to perform as he want them to.

    (Caution. Sarcasm alert).

The football is horrible, the players are confused. Surely no one can be happy with what the players are being asked to do.
I suspect come January we will end up with a team of 6 ft + players feeding off percentages.

He was a rich socialist who was as political as Neville. He said Murdoch and Maxwell were the biggest problems in Britain. He wrote for the Sun.

    Awaiting the condemnation.

Great manager, but definitely up himself and frequently a nasty piece of work.
I can live with the side issues if the job is being done.

  3. I have never lived in Derby, never felt the urge to. Had a season ticket since 1965 though with the exception of one year when working abroad.

Started off with a leaning towards Southampton as they were my local club at the time. Life is never boring as a Rams fan (apart from when we are not playing football on the grass or mud).

The £ continues to look like it's in big trouble, and Sky reporting that the Bank Of England may be forced to issue a massive emergency interest rate hike to try and tame inflation, and letters of no confidence already going in from Tory MPs. It does feel like carnage

Absolutely no chance that this has been knocked up and distributed as real, or is the?

Think Rosenior needs a club that isn’t seen as a scalp by 90% of the division if I’m honest. most clubs happy to watch us pass between Cashin and Davies pick their moment to press and punish us on the counter or by forcing an error.

some great football at times but how much is down to him? You put 11 good players at this level together and they’re going to occasionally click and produce good play.

I like Rosenior but like others I was a little concerned when I saw his team talks. Doesn’t look like he’s got a bollocking in him. I think he’ll be a successful manager but I think he’ll need to do it out of the limelight at a smaller club where he can overachieve. Overachievement probably isn’t possible here due to the size…

I would say that getting a message over to the players, is more likely to be received if delivered coherently, than as a shouty bollocking.

his manner has attracted these players to the club.

stupid and unnecessary penalty by Knight.
Cashin sat on his backside for the second.
Two goals knocked off for crazy brainless offsides and again sitters missed.
Apart from that all was wonderful ?

  7. I like our passing game and am impressed (mainly) with the way we play it out of defence, even if it does have me muttering 'fuff'n hell' occasionally. I do feel that we have opportunities to shoot and instead we pass. If I was a defender, I would look on a pass wide instead of a shot as a minor victory. By the same token, if a player had taken a shot even if it went wide, it would create another thing to think about as a defender with a prospect of being pulled out of position to try and block the shot next time.

    We make defenders lives comfortable.
