Not buying that sorry find that quite amazing but that's your opinion and you're entitled to it.

He absolutely is entitled to express his opinion. Meanwhile, in Moscow and other Russian cities that is not quite the case.

There was more than once that a forward run into space was made which he chose to ignore and pass back to the defence. He's young, he'll gain experience. But saying he was good when he wasn't won't help.

It's so easy to see space when you are up in the stands without seeing the line of vision that the player has. He makes mistakes, of course he does but in my view is well worth his place in the team.

It was the older heads who seemed to be affected the most in the first half, not the younger ones

Totally agree! I thought the young players did well, the ones who were struggling most were the older players.
    onwards and upwards!

Byrne’s ratings range from 6 to 9.5 with other posters. Your 4 is a tad out of sync, but as you say all down to personal opinion ?

Like I said, I would have given him 6 (he was very average), but was disgusted by his lazyass attitude after losing the ball. He is a senior player and should be leading by example.

What did Byrne do wrong ? Another poster gave him 9 ?

Another poster is entitled to his opinion. I would have given him 6 but knocked a couple off for him sitting on his backside watching Stoke attack after he lost the ball. I hope the manager ripped into him over that.

Plange touched the ball 4 times in 56 mins. Baldock 10!!

Plange made 2 passes at 0% complete…Baldock was 5 passes at 40% complete (2 passes)!

Plange was dispossessed or had an unsuccessful touch 4 times. So did Baldock!

Neither player completed a dribble, had a shot or made a key pass!!

Neither player made a defensive contribution (ie a tackle / clearance / interception / block)!

Neither player was offside which tells you everything about the type of runs they made!

Not the best day for either so how one is a 6 and one a 4 is beyond me!

Err, why does that distress you so much? Plange is taller. ?

Plange is a kid who put a shift in with awful service, Baldock is vastly experienced and looks lost, ravabeerbelly is someone who clearly needs something else  to distract him. Life is strange isn't it?

This perception that anyone who’s just not quite ready for the championship will be great league 1 players ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️

Ive said it before and I’ll say it again…..it’s like a different game and while I think Festy would be fine and very much suited to it, Watson and Plange would be like goldfish climbing trees

Watching a reasonable amount of League 1, I have to say that you are wide of the mark. Festy will not have so much space and will have to think about his game a little more, and Plange will flourish whether he is in the Championship or League 1.
