Carl Sagan
Has signed for Buxton in the Northern Premier: https://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/Derby-county-forest-jamie-ward-5792993 A very good player for us, who blotted his copybook by single-handedly keeping the Gumps in the Championship when they might have dropped on the last day a few years back. Bris Vegas
Was one of our best players for a time. I think we may have got relegated had we not signed him in 2010-11. It was ironic that Sheffield United didn't want him and the Blades went down that season while we stayed up. He peaked between 2012 and 2014, before dropping off but still being a decent player in 2014-15. kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong

CornwallRam
Love listening to him when he's a guest on Radio Derby. I reckon he'll make a very good match summariser when he finally retires. therealhantsram

jono
Loved Wardy. He had skill for sure and turned it on many a time, loved it when he kicked the ball one side and ran round the other - but it was the cheeky grin and the choir boy look he gave to refs when he’d fouled someone .. innocent little me ref ? I’d never be involved in any afters, my mum thinks I’m an angel. NOT ? kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong

It’s when you see players enjoying playing. Makes such a difference. I think Festy is like that as Nuge was kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong
Srg
He's still local, believe his kid plays in Little Eaton. Love seeing these guys still playing purely for the love of the game. Saw Paul Green playing against Belper in a friendly pre-season at the ripe old age of 38. kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong and Carl Sagan
Phoenix
My home town team, Buxton. I was surprised he's signed. I get up there a few times a season, but the 140 mile round trip's a bit daunting at my age. Winter trips have to be carefully considered, it being the highest ground in England. The Chairman's very ambitious and seems set on improving the club, with some interesting player on the books. CB's name's Josh Granite, which seems fitting. Viva Diego! I think he was still a regular behind the scenes at Derby pre-lockdown. I certainly saw him chatting in the players corridor outside the dressing rooms when I did the matchball presentation a couple of seasons ago and I was told then he was there most home matches. Two things changed since then in that those sort of casual attendees won't currently be allowed (certainly no matchball presentations either) and there are very few, if any, players left at the club who he played with. Fozzy maybe? kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong and Carl Sagan

Fozzy maybe? Kelle Roos too, which seems a bit bizarre. Did you know that Cleopatra's reign is closer to the present day than it was to the formation of the pyramids? It's a bit like that fact, only much more interesting. DarkFruitsRam7, Carl Sagan, Dimmu and 1 other 2

Is Wisdom still cutting about the gaff? If so, him too. Might remember the likes of Sibley as a child too! Carl Sagan

Phoenix
Wardy, 2 goals (almost 3) and an assist in Buxton's 6-1 thrashing of City of Liverpool in the Emirates cup, 3rd qulifying round. 1 of only 3 teams from the NPL still in the competition. Phoenix
Age cannot not wither him.... Helped Buxton to the NPL title this year. Noticably weaker as a team when he was out injured. He took a lot of stick from less cutured defenders.
