Ramos
I said like two weeks ago I was surprised no one had gone in for him and was met with replies only playing him down. Hope he gets this move hes better than ward prowse who is currently playing for England.

Hughes has been there now, shown he can cut it at that level, and Spurs are willing to pay £5m more than what we received (again going by reported figures), on reflection was it as shocking as what was made out? It's all undisclosed at the end of the day, we'll never know what was really paid and can only go by these journalists. Can’t believe we haven’t learned from only getting £3m for Hughes, just repeating the same mistakes by selling Bogle for £5m

gccrowdpleaser
I wonder what works with the clauses. Do they become null and void? Do watford have to include them in passed on contract or do they have to pay us a percentage of the potential income?

Gritstone Ram
I think he’s worth more than £13m, that’s what we should have got for him at least.
Uptherams
Do we also still get a fee for when he plays for England? Because if this move happens, he'll get a cap in the next 12 months. ??

Ambitious
£13m is a decent deal for Tottenham. My only thought is that they already have Harry Winks who doesn’t create/score many, but can keep the ball ticking over like Hughes. I’d imagine he’s going there to be a backup player.
