God bless the Nations League. Now, I know there's been a lot of false dawns over the last twenty two years! But just don't mess it up Scotland, please. And if you're ambivalent towards Scottish football, at least consider that the last time Scotland was at a world cup, the Balkans were only just recovering form a series of savage wars which were largely instigated from the government in Belgrade.
