The last time i bought too far in advance it didn't work either

i assumed it was because i watched the ramstv meets robbie savage on ramstv via dcfcfans in the uk on the morning of the match

Not sure tbh, it’s difficult to diagnose as some have no issues, others do and that could be down to the internet connection, flight they took, location, browser, device, other programmes running and possibly downloading updates in the background like anti virus software. ?

No, we're just struggling to play it around their pacey defenders when we get there. Plenty of Derby play around their area; but almost always gets turned around or cut out and then given back to us.

Swansea have been on top for the past 15 minutes or so but it's not really like the Luton game. We're putting together some decent attacking moves but struggling to get into shooting positions.

Feels a little harsh to single someone out after a fairly decent performance, but Holmes has been off it today and on quite a few occasions he's been given the ball with us in a decent position to counter a stretched Swansea defence, but rather than drive with the ball like he normally would, he just turned back and played a simple pass.

That’s the trouble with our team I suppose. We do seem to have unintentionally assembled the slowest team to ever play in this division, even though it’s quite a young side. Really could do with an injection of a couple of quicker players in the summer.

HT 0-1 Derby.

We've struggled to create; other than the goal which did come from good play. But not due to simply sitting back like Luton. We've had a lot of energy in pressing so far; and its resulted in forcing Swansea into a lot of mistakes - but their pace and technical ability is granting them opportunities (mostly free kicks) despite/due to it.

We are having a lot of difficulty playing it around them. Not many matchups around the pitch where the Swansea player doesn't have an extra yard of pace; if there are any.

Looks to be the game plan, hit them on the counter which is probably why Cocu went with Waghorn over Martin as he’s more mobile.

Why not Marriott? Possibly being cautious with his fitness/injury issues.

With no real pace from midfield, I don’t see the need for a forward to hold the ball up as Swansea will get numbers back and snuff us out.

My theory on Cocu’s possible thinking anyhow, working so far whatever his thinking is. Never expected to go to Swansea and control the game, not many will

So after our goal Ramage does his usual about-turn in commentary and suddenly seems to think that we are now great. He then goes a bit further and says that we used to be 'foreigners'.

From anyone else this would be a dodgy thing to say on the radio. From our clown it may also be the final straw for his bosses.

Although his bosses probably know that he could have meant another word that begins with a 'f'. Or another word that begins with another letter altogether.

Is he really the best that RD have got available to them?

Careful or Ed Dawes’ burner twitter accounts will come for you.

I have no idea what you are going on about....so probably accurate commentary on RD’s commentary.

It's a real dumbing down, unfortunately. RD would rather have controversy than insight. For a local radio station, they had in the past punched above their weight with Owen Bradley and Ross Fletcher, and had some genuinely insightful pundits. Now Radio Derby seems much more interested in becoming a TalkSport lite.

I'm increasingly convinced the producers keep him in the job because he's a clown, not despite it.
