Shay given was a player right at the top of his position, that level of experience will no doubt be immensely useful. We knew jones was coming in, but I’m sure he can’t exactly be bad at his job to have been at Chelsea that long. Rands as well seems a coup, was city’s lead analyst so fair play for persuading him to come here. These things that we may not notice the effects of can make big differences.
