Dimmu Posted January 20, 2018 Share Posted January 20, 2018 Physique training wise now would be pretty optimal time to have another harder period, so fitness levels would stay on high standard rest of the season. If that's the plan, it's better to do it in warm just to prevent injuries. Of course, a new player coming in is another point, those trips are usually useful knitting the team together. Pearl Ram Posted January 20, 2018 Share Posted January 20, 2018 I think they’ve earned a break to be honest, hope they just do stuff that keeps them ticking over and get as much relaxation in as is possible, come back feeling the benefit and they’re raring to go for the run in. I also think anyone that begrudges this break is being a bit hard on them, if they can’t have a break when they’re second in the table when can they ? Hungover sunbathing without suncream and full english to sort them out. Lots of pink skin and stds.
