That Gordon fella scored yesterday.

Good on Kellen Gordon, Swindon coming from behind for an away win at Yeovil - a result that moves them into fifth spot. An extract from the Press Association match report http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41951747:

"...it was all Swindon as Artur Krysiak twice denied Timi Elsnik with superb saves, tipping the first over the bar and then clawing a looping header out of the top corner. It was more of the same after the break and a quick counter in the 67th minute ended with Harry Smith forcing another good stop from Krysiak but Gordon reacted quickest to turn in the rebound."

Elsnick went off injured on the 52nd minute with Gordon coming on for him.

Meanwhile, Farrend Rawson's Accrington Stanley (who are they?) are third after bagging a late equalizer at home to Newport, but the young defender was on the bench at the weekend.

Timi Max Elsnik's injury must be quite bad as he's out for at least a month and presumably back at Derby getting treatment: http://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/derby-county-starlet-timi-elsnik-819743

It's described as a "muscular injury". There's a longer version of the piece on the Swindon sister paper site: http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/15677575.Derby_County_loanee_facing_up_to_a_month_on_the_sidelines/#comments-anchor

It's his second injury of the short spell so far. Hope the lad's OK.

A disappointing day for our lads in League Two. With Elsnik out injured, Kellen Gordon came on as a 79th minute sub at home to Newport, just after Swindon had gone 0-1 down. He couldnt help conjure an equalizer and they lost 0-1.

Farrend Rawson played the whole game for third place Accrington Stanley away at fourth place Exeter, but they succumbed to a 2-0 defeat.

Meanwhile after a three-week break over in Israel, Nick Blackman's Maccabi Tel Aiv are away to league leaders Haifa tomorrow.

Once a ram.

Love Bryson to bits, gave everything to this club, will always get a good reception from myself, just been looking at some of his goals, that great hat trick against the red dogs, that perfect hat trick against millwall, the goal away to Watford when we won 2-1, away, great day out that was as well, and the team goal against Yeovill away, probably the best team goal I have ever seen, think it was 26 passes, then Bryson scores, has been a real bargain buy at 450,000, will always have a place in my heart for all his efforts for DCFC.

From DET website:

"Defender Alex Cover made his debut for Alfreton Town in their 3-1 home defeat to Bradford Park Avenue and was said to have “settled in well” during the game.

Calum Macdonald played the full 90 for Barrow as they won 1-0 at FC Halifax Town in the National League, while Kyron Stabana was an unused substitute for Boston United in their 2-1 win over York City."

Kelle Roos is the 7th goalie League One Plymouth Argyle have had this season (there on emergency loan). Currently 1-0 at home against Gillingham. After our Premier League International Cup game, hope the lad can keep a second clean sheet of the week.

Played well in that u23 game so should be full of confidence!

Big season for the lad with his contract running down, needs to find a home.
