Worth noting that when we've lost our best players in the past, it's because they've not had long contracts. Our prized assets now have 2 years minimum. We also do tend to get a good fee and reinvest cleverly - so we're not really relying on luck to find our gems. Interestingly we were in for Abraham but Chelsea wanted £1m+ as a loan fee!
