To be fair to Bent he works exceedingly hard to create the room Ince needs to function and seems to be the only player in our squad who can predict Ince's movements with any degree of accuracy.

He's had unjustified criticism and he's done the best thing possible and done his talking on the pitch and congratulations to him and Paul Clement for talking to the lad about how good he is and keeping his confidence up.

The constructive criticism has also come from Clement, 'Tom needs to work out the best way to deal with the attention he's getting to reach the next level', was a recent one.

But tonight he played for the 2nd time only for Derby in a more central role which is clearly his position .

Agree with tombo , Ince was a joy to watch tonight,  a great hat trick and performance , well done to Mr Clement for sticking with him , and not listening to all those that know better than our manager lol , a great Coach is someone who knows how to get the best out of his players and his squad, Mr Clement showed this tonight , and his subs where made at the exact right time , like bringing Thorne on to control the midfield , when we needed it , so well done to Tom and  Mr clement .

Watching his post-match interview on RamsPlayer. He's very much saying that this is the position he wants to play, and he's clearly saying to Clement that he feels it's better because he finds himself in the final third a lot more than on the wings.
