From the "Down at the Mac" Huddersfield forum:

I won't lose any sleep over this result. Its Derby ffs. They spent 5m on one of our players which tells you everything about them

If it wasn't for the keeper we would have been spanked, take the rose tinted glasses off that was poor but tbh predictable with the expenditure on their squad some really technically gifted players

We gave it a go last quarter. Good game Some gutsy performances bit of a wonder strike won it Derby are a good good side with some big resources.

we were totally second best in every dept except goalkeeper......we simply couldn't find feet enough and failed to close down in the vital areas and we are lucky it wasn't 4 or 5 to Derby

someone grow a pair and lasso Paulie Clement with a QPR scarf while you're up there, stuff him in the luggage compartment Porridge style and when he gets out in W12 he'll realise it's destiny.

Chris Ramsey;

"I thought we deserved more tonight, we were more than an equal match for them and obviously very, very disappointed with the ref's decision with the goal for not giving us a handball because at that stage the game was pretty even.

'We also thought we should have had a penalty and at this moment we are having a hard time but we've got to keep believing in what we are doing, we've shown we can perform as well as the top teams."

We had more ball, more territory, more chances and the best chances.

Is he for real???  He must have read Wenger's book "Delusion in Adversity" to spout such crap.  Good No 2's aren't always good managers, just goes to show what a gem PC is...

They had more chances.

overall we deserved it because they didn't really threaten carson but we were pushed very deep for the last 15 minutes.

Derby: 4 on target, 11 off
QPR: 1 on target, 11 off

A lot of those were speculative pot shots - best chance they had was Onouha (sp?) heading wide from a corner.

May be this is why they are where they are. If he can't see they were second best. For about 15 - 20 min in the second half they couldn't compete. The rest of the game they resorted to pot shots and mowing our players down.

I am struggling to recall their shot on target.
