SouthernRam
Robbie Kruse is not strong, not strong in the slightest. Injury prone too. Love Kruse, but not that type of player in the slightest. Robbie Kruse isn't strong, Alan Nixon isn't accurate! I'm with you though, he's a good player - and he wouldn't have the same cultural shock that Albentosa had. Has has there been a confirmation that it isn't domestic?

Carra
Interesting stuff. My number one hope is that it is Vydra. Justsigned permanently for Watford but new manager doesn't fancy him apparently... I just hope it's not a 32+ year old has been.
Gandalf's shin pads
Either Vydra or Forestieri would be good signings at that price. Both have proven their worth in the Championship and would add quality to our squad...
YouRams
I wrote on here towards the beginning of the summer asking for advise on betting on a random player joining through a whisper of a friend of a friend. He was told from a fairly reliable source we were interested in Anichebe. Heard nothing since so dismissed it, could be him though.

North_Stand_Ram
If Nixon knows the player and how he plays then I doubt it's a player from a foreign league. Wonder if someone on this thread has guessed right

dantheram
What reason do we have to believe this bloke? Seems strange to me that the club would buy a striker when it's obvious we lack creativity in the middle.

Harrowram
Wiemann and Russell are wingers. Goals win matches. Weimann and Rusell aren't specialist wingers. They were both signed as centre forwards who are capable of playing in a 4-3-3 formation. They aren't capable of playing as out and out wingers in a 4-4-2 formation. Carl Sagan
Nixon has said for a while that we've not been back in for Butterfield, and in today's DET thisappears to be confirmed by Clement who says we're not going to overpay, and have reached our limit on some bids. And if clubs won't accept our offers, we'll just wait until the loan window.

The only winger we have is Ince who can play comfortably in a 4-4-3 or 4-4-2 formation.
