North_Stand_Ram
Journo from Twitter. Says be online later. Tweets: @nottmtails: #nffc are bracing themselves for a transfer embargo in January. But not as bad as it sounds and hardly unexpected. @nottmtails: #nffc still expect to be able to sign players on a one-in, on-out basis in January. Rev
Good spot nsr, surely they can't change the rules mid season, no point in having rules if they're not enforced.
Alph
A transfer embargo where you can still buy and sell eh?

uttoxram75
Its fair to assume, based on the last 10 years transfer spend, that Notts Forest will continue to be vvank no matter how much or how little they spend. #shadowofthederby
davenportram
Every transfer embargo has been allowing transfers subject to league approval Basically this means that someone has to leave before someone joined and I would guess it would need to be someone joining to cut costs so they can try to get within acceptable losses. RaphaRam
Reading 'LTLF', the vast majority of Forest lads on their seem to think that our players dive no end... Do they?!
StaffsRam
Most on there seem to think that they're a good side. Speaks for itself in terms of their judgement on anything.
The Scarlet Pimpernel
A transfer embargo where you can still buy and sell eh? Sounds a bit rubbish BUT imagine trying to sell some of the rubbish they are talking about in the article. They can't give them away as I understand it as they can only pay for what they get in with what they get for those going out. Halford etc.??? eddie
They're Abdouned - Abdouned, I tell ye. The thing the bone-headed gumps of LTLF fail to realise is that the reason that they are stuck with Halford, Abdoun and co is that a) they are utter garbage b) they are earning a fortune for doing nothing c) no bugger with any sense wants them It's exactly the same problem that Clough had at Derby a few years ago, and the only way to get rid is for them to be paid off - probably in full - so that everybody can move on. It took Derby a couple of years to move our worthless dross on, and it probably cost our investors an arm and a leg to do it. Fridgy, of course, hasn't got a couple of years. He is having to mortgage the crown jewels (how he conned Newcastle into financing the purchase of Alongerdongler I will never know), and it's now the last chance saloon. Promotion this season - or bust.
