Did we?
Are you 100% certain that’s the figure and we had a sell on clause for the whole of his next transfer fee and not the profit?
Yep 15% of entire next deal £ 6.3 million + add ons so officially around £900,000-940,000 went to Derby

fact as I think the source needs to be shown, I just don't have access to the info that could prove this
It’s on transfermarket

We got £900,000 roughly for Hughes deal they sold him to palace for £6.3 m

Forsyth has been given a retrospective ban following his “stamp”

I agree with most of these , the second half we just took our foot off the gas , Roos although usually a decent shot stopper makes me nervy and tbh I don’t feel entirely confident by the other two either.
buchannon I’d like to see converted into a winger I think him and ebosele could be decent options like that

Knowing us it will be like this
EFL deduct Derby -7 points
Derby beat forest 2-1
Derby appeal - have to wait till November
Rooney falls out with Morris over lack of transparency
wassall appointed care taker manager
Rooney walks - goes to the LMA to complain gets taken to tribunal
mel finally comes out saying we’ve been sold to a USA consortium
hold up in confirmation- means Mel forgets to pay wages -3 points gets applied
on appeal Derby have deduction reduced to 3 but at this point it doesn’t matter as we sit comfortably 12-13th place ??

I’ve got a bad feeling about this…
as much as I’d like it to be
“we have reviewed the revised accounts and pending a few minor adjustments we approve the new policy and warn DCFC of the importance of integrity and ethics of the game”
I think it will be
“ upon failing to comply with our ruling to submit their accounts on the new revised date , Derby have provided evidence to suggest they are unable to fulfil this request after reviewing the arguments put forward we have decided that Derby do not have the grounds for such dismissal and therefore, will be dealt with the harshest possible punishment e.g. - 12-20 points or league expulsion”
but seriously could be anything our club that keeps giving ??

It seems that the ticket office is back open my dad isn’t too tech savvy so managed to speak to the club secretary who sorted out his tickets. I agree the whole ticketing is a bit of a farce.
just out of interest I’m in two minds about buying a season ticket this year as I’ll be visiting my partner every other weekend in Lincoln would it be worth getting one or be cheaper just buying the individual tickets as I know Derby has a variable pricing structure?

Ffs … the Derby way

Stretton you hero

Broken ankle I reckon the fact that they strapped it ?

I wanted to ask you guys for your opinions on the local media and newspapers and whether you feel the club are ostracising them and avoiding communication and instead turning to Mel’s TalkSPORT pals?
i have Steve Nicholson on Facebook and everything he posts is usually followed by a barrage of abuse a lot of it totally unwarranted?

You lot are something else. ??
Appreciate all the messages, especially the one that said I’m young. Whilst I hear all the you have nothing to apologise for messages, I feel I did and couldn’t just swan back in here like nothing had happened.
Now I have addressed it and the football is back, hopefully we can all draw a line under this episode and move on.
This is a time when we all need to be together right now.
Hi David , I’m a new member I really appreciate what you do and represent the best interests of a plethora of different fans and i for one understand how difficult it must have been. I look forward to reading your well thought account and I’d love to get involved in all things Derby as much as I can

I thought it was a brilliant bit of reporting into how illegal money not only infiltrates football but how it and its owners infiltrate society more generally.
As for Derby. I imagine Mel is embarrassed and will take more care in the future. He hasn't done anything illegal, he just looks a bit foolish. Nothing major in the grand scheme of Derby County dramas, but a bit worrying that the man in charge of our club picks allies like Samuelson.
I thought it was very enlightening actually that Samuelson was a crook and a king bullshitter but the most alarming thing was how bent that ex copper was !! It’s shocking

One of the biggest concerns I have is the fact the ticket office is closed , this whole laggy mobile / tablet version of the app and the fact you have to assign a different Fan ID to buy a ticket, my dads a season ticket holder and tried to get me a ticket ( I no longer live in Derby ) , so the process was a pain plus he couldn’t justify paying over £30 for league cup game against poor opposition!
the club are definitely going to ostracise fans which is incredibly sad

I’m sorry to say but I think his performance yesterday signifies that he is not needed in this team. Lack of effort or quality and I think he looks disinterested and disengaged. I think he’d be better off being loaned out or sold. That way we might be able to sign a player or loan a winger who could cut it in this league.
what are your thoughts?

Rooney confirmed Roos is number 1 and Allsop number 2 willing to let Marshall decide to stay or not
-
“ Erm the situation isn’t great , I need help from inside , outside and somewhere in between, but I’m here the manager of County Derby and I’ll do my best to win with the 13 players I put out”
-
So we have just over an hour and a half let’s hope Mel hurried up with his discussions with Parry!
do you think if we can’t sign anyone after Huddersfield Rooney might walk? ?

I agree mate , he did lots for the NHS and for local Derby GP stuff he pumped in 1.5 million into the vaccination program at the velodrome and provided £200,000 food and refreshments for the staff for the duration!
as a human he’s a good guy just proven he doesn’t have a very good football brain
