Totally agree Angie, it’s a very tough moment , luckily I’ve managed to detach myself from derbys situation as my mental health is bad enough but I totally agree let’s all stick together as fans. Ask how your fellow supporters are around you, keep in contact!
Im lucky I have an amazing mini family of people who have sat with me in the north stand since 03/04 so it’s definitely a great community that support supports each other as well as the team!

NO, NO, NO we have no debt to them, it is a speculative claim for a fictional amount of money, with no basis in law or even the EFL rules. What if their claim had been for £100m or £200m?....but they would generously accept just £30m to help us out?
Can you not see what their tactics are? Of course they will "accept" less OR "compromise" because it gives credence to an otherwise spurious claim and makes them look like they are "helping" when they have in fact just extorted money AND reduced the amount going to actual creditors.
WE CANNOT give in to this unless we sue QPR also.
Very interesting developments…
boro are allegedly around 10-15 million in breach of FFP so I guess the settlement will be very similar to what they actually want - funny that “ crap we’re in breach let’s get some money in quick”
as for another potentially guilty party , Notts Forrest have just sold Carlvalho to olympiarkos for a fee reported to be 14.5 m rising to 18 m funny that for a player they’ve barely played gets a large figure transfer and just so happens to be the other club the fat Greek owns! I love a bit of FFP democracy… what a joke

Realistically this is what we will get for players
Roos - £100k
Byrne - £250-300k
lawrence - £500k- 750k ( out of contract)
buchannon - £1.5-2.5m
knight - £5-7.5 M
sibley - £750k- 1.2 M
festy - £2m +
bird - £2.5-4 m
jozwiak- £ 1.5-2m
plange - £750k-1m
not numbers I’d want but factor in our position plus many are out of contract not going to get much
Out of those joz and knight at realistic amounts should raise the required funds

I hope the lad stays and carries on here s I actually think it’s best for him but the timing is dreadful
Well if Everton are refusing to pay £2M compensation for Martinez I guess the compo would be the same for Rooney.
plus I don’t think Derby would allow it unless Rooney himself intervened and said let me speak to them.
He’s really got nothing to lose only the possibility that he is jumping up a level too far away for him at the moment

The thing that stinks about the situation is before we go into boro and wycombes claims you have the following.
• out of everything the stadium sale to me is far more dodgy compared with the amortisation policy but nothing has been done about it
• Mel passed the fit and proper test
• EFL agreed on our accounting policy in the first place
• left mel to go unchallenged
these points without mentioning the current things shows how totally inept the organisation is

So say 40,000 people suing qpr and Aston Villa’s for ffp breaches those 40,000 the ticket holders for Derby at Wembley at the cost of the ticket because essentially they cheated could end up getting 2m civil claims per case donate to Derby county could we legally do that?

We don't owe them a penny. And I can't see where he's coming from. He had years of parachute payments which we had no chance to compete with and threw the money away. That's on him.
This is what I’d give to Gibson
960,000 home gate receipts
120,000 away gate receipts
then it’s up to the EFL to reimburse them for what finishing 6th would be if they could prove it! As many have said their final 12 games consisted of 6-7 defeats that’s not play off form neither does it bode well especially with how good Leeds were that season.
as for Wycombe I wouldn’t give them a single penny

He’s been sold just been announced Derby have accepted a fee for him on Derby telegraph

Jagielka has joined Stoke oh such a wonderful day that another team breaking ffp that’s probably getting away with it too!
our only thing is regardless of our situation if any of Stoke , forest , boro , Bristol city don’t get the same treatment as us for ffp breaches we should sue

We have literally had the worst case scenario in every single example the administrators have mentioned so they have definitely got to come under scrutiny

If the EFL are screwing us, then people at the club need to start talking about liquidation in the public domain (no matter how close or far it actually is)
Minds external to our club need focusing.
A mid season liquidation would cause mayhem and destroy the divisions faux integrity. Clubs would be at each other’s throats!
Tbh I think that should happen if we don’t get bought totally destroy the efl and it’s integrity.

EFL number - please delete if not allowed as it’s widely available online as well as their email 01772325800 apparently haha ? can’t believe he got through

Gibson and EFL in cahoots and have got their way.
I’m beginning to think why would we want to be part of a league that doesn’t want us to survive and play. Had enough of them all.
Continually being restricted until we fold. What happened the idea you only get penalised once for a mistake. We are being penalised continually.
i think they want to ensure we are relegated by whatever means they have at their disposal, but are pushing us to the brink.
Stupid question could we ask to join the SPL as the welsh clubs are in our league

Does anybody actually hand on heart think we'll have a preferred bidder today?
Nope I’ve tried to be optimistic but I think it will go like this :
• no preferred bidder today
• jags contract expires
• Lawrence sold
• Buchanan sold
• knight sold

It upsets me that boro and or Wycombe are going to get money out of this. The agreement will be that Derby/new owner will pay em £5m quid to shut up to allow the takeover to complete with meritless claims.
It's very much the same as us 'agreeing' the ffp points deduction, where no claim actually gets examined because Derby have no time due to the admin.
Also, I thought the stadium had reverted to MSD??
Referring to your last question it mentions owner of stadium = MSD owner of club = Mel Morris so that’s what I think it means with them all being on board

Can’t find Rich Riley’s actual worth, but he co created and founded Shazam and was on the board of yahoo for over 10 years
