JMC reacted to Blackpoolmad in Most Blackpool fans tomorrow...
We remember how your fans supported us through our darkest hours.
We now have our club back and we are on our way back, but your fans were brilliant at Bloomfield Road singing all the Oyston out songs with us. We had a mini riot during that game, a night match and later that season, we started boycotting games home and away.
Word is, our fans are 100% behind you during this hopefully short term blip in your great clubs situation.
Good luck from the Seasiders!
Bri.

I'd say he's more of a collapsible table.
The rest of the team unfortunately now resemble the Christmas chairs, begged, borrowed or dragged out of the shed to make sure we have enough.

JMC reacted to Steve Bloomer's Washing in NEW PODCAST: 'Hoops Hoodoo'
Hi all - our latest podcast is out now:
Two excellent results against the best teams in the Championship give Derby fans a glimmer of hope... before QPR spoil the positivity party with a late winner at Pride Park, as that gap to safety just keeps getting bigger.
Chris, Tom and Anton sigh in disbelief at more points dropped from winning positions and kick themselves for having survival hope in the first place, as we also analyse the wonderful first team emergence of Liam Thompson into the Derby County midfield.
Wayne Rooney has also just marked a year in charge of Derby, so we take 'Your Shouts' on the boss's best and worst moments in his first 12 months in as Rams boss.

JMC reacted to uttoxram75 in Middlesbrough lodge £45m compensation claim
I'm going to sue Bobby Madley thus,
1. On the 1st March 2014, in the 43rd minute of the Championship match between Burnley and Derby County, Mr. Bobby "Atwell my arse, watch this for a game of soldiers" Madley, did wilfully and maliciously refuse to award a blatant penalty to the aforementioned Derby County FC.
2. Furthermore, Mr Madley then wilfully and maliciously ruled out a perfectly good goal from the same passage of play that was beautifully stroked home by Jeff "I'll take you all on outside Revolution Bar" Hendrick.
3. Mr. Madley then proceeded to award a yellow card to Christopher "Wardrobe" Martin for diving, adding to the previously awarded yellow for being a wardrobe on a football pitch without prior consent.
4. Mr. Madley acted with pre-meditation to deprive Derby County FC of taking the momentum from Burnley FC in this promotion battle. It is obvious to all that Derby would have gone on to beat Burnley due to the well established law of "get in to them once you are on the up and they are on the back foot grovelling", which is firmly established as football lore.
I demand damages of £250, due to Mr. Madley's actions stopping us finishing in the automatic promotion place, which is the approximate cost of me travelling down to that there London for a weekend of liver damaging drinking culminating in losing to an ageing QPR side that had broken the FFP rules to a level that Melvin Morris could only dream of.
Oh, and £5b which we would now be worth if we'd of gone up with that team.

JMC reacted to Malty in Time wasting
Sorry, another thread from me after watching my first live game on a couple years….
One thing I noticed on Saturday was the level of time wasting that the Blackburn players did. Every time someone went down two physios (why two?) trotted onto the pitch. They treated the “injured” player for at least a minute, probably two or three and then trotted off whilst the other players hung around waiting.
On one occasion, early in the second half, Sam Gallagher was down for probably three minutes apparently being treated. Meanwhile many of the Blackburn players were getting told by their manager what to do about Derby’s new formation. So much so that one guy (their left back) got waved over - clearly hadn’t realised the tactic - to get further instructions on what to do. For me as a fan it was infuriating that the referee did very little about it until very late on and I’m sure that the five minutes of extra time was not nearly enough against the level of time wasting.
I guess if it was Derby doing it then I’d turn a blind eye to it, but I really think that the football authorities need to look very hard at this gamesmanship and start handing out bookings for obvious time wasting in future.
Just my view. Perhaps it’s just sour grapes?

JMC reacted to Steve Bloomer's Washing in NEW PODCAST: 'Administration'
Hey all. We recorded an emergency podcast in the wake of Friday's news, and it's out now:
In a podcast we never thought we'd do, Chris, Richard and Tom react to the devastating news that Derby County are entering administration and will plummet to the bottom of the Championship following a 12 point deduction. How terminal will the situation become for our proud club, an institution of English football, and where do we go from here?
THE STATEMENT: Our emotions from Friday night, and how close we believe Derby currently are to liquidation. MEL MORRIS: How did a self-proclaimed 'lifelong fan' allow this to happen? We assess how a local businessman worth hundreds of millions took Derby County to the brink. STOKE: We won a game...! Amidst the chaos, Derby actually earned a rare three points. How has our relationship with the club and matchday changed now that results are basically irrelevant this season? To summarise one of our closing lines from this episode:
As long as there's a Derby County to talk about, we'll talk about it. Whether it's League One, League Two, or a pheonix club at the bottom of the pyramid. We're Derby now, and we always will be.

JMC reacted to MackworthRamIsGod in Protest against the right people
I'm no fan of Mel anymore, he deserves a lot of the stick he receives, same with Pearce, but, protests shouldn't be aimed at them, they should be aimed squarely at the EFL.
It surprises me that some fans haven't clicked onto who the real enemy are. Protesting against Mel Morris will have Rick Parry licking his lips, and Steve Gibsons no doubt. Any protest against Mel, regardless of our feelings, is another dent against the club.
Protests need to be pre-arranged, before and after the game, banners with words to the effect that the EFL are destroying football. The media need to know so the protests get air time and we need a spokesperson who can appear in the media and give facts as to why we feel we are being harshly treated. Such as; if the EFL hadn't signed off all our accounts we wouldn't have paid 10 million for Bielik, or 4 million for Jozwiak, or x amount for Wayne Rooney.
In all of this, we don't have anyone visibly representing Derby and trying to set our story straight.
I am absolutely sick to the back teeth of the EFL and Rick Parry, I would rather see us play non-league football and fight them to the hilt than bend over and accept guilt!
If Mel Morris reads this (he won't), you have made lots of mistakes, but you have my full backing on this, fight the barstewards right to the very end, don't accept any points deduction, at least until the EFL accept liability also.
Protest against the EFL not Mel!
