It was the crap linesman that got us riled up in the north end of the east stand ?

    £5m needed in the bank.

I assume any interested party who puts £5m in a UK bank account doesn't actually have to transfer this over to DCFC - this is purely £5m into a holding account to show they have instant liquidity and take their offer more seriously?

Exactly this. We were comfortably the highest gate last night by at least 5,000. To be touching 19,000 for a Wednesday night against Reading was fantastic, especially given circumstances.

It is really very silly what other fans come up with. Blaming us for Keogh leading the players on a drunken rampage in Allestree, all Derbys fault of course despite us laying on taxis for the players to get home safely.
Blaming us for overspending.. when we spent half what Villa did on wages, and  fraction of their net transfer spend. Our net transfer spend is about £25 million under Morris.. Villa's in the same period  is about £300 million. Financial mismanagement by Derby, but not by Villa apparently.. because they got promoted and we didn't.

Wouldnt do for all fans not to have feelings, and before we get woke comments born 1950 way before the woke generation.

Another thoroughly enjoyable very watchable game. The fight and commitment from the players is fantastic, all 18k fans were right behind - when we were up against the support only grew.

But isn’t just fight and commitment, the football is actually really good to watch, despite everything going on off the pitch, the product on it is about as good as it’s been for some time. Just need to be more clinical.
Everyone says time to judge after 10-15 games. Well we’ve had some tough matches now and after 10 games without the points deduction we would be 10th, and the football is a good watch. Can’t really complain at that for a squad many had written off even with no points deductions.
We can’t control what happens with additional points deductions, what we’re doing may not be enough to survive but we certainly cannot ask any more than they are giving right now, still think it will take more points deductions to relegate us.

First time down at PP since Huddersfield on the opening day. Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Love how us fans have got behind this team, and how Rooney and the players are giving us reason too.

Agree, the last time it was like that was when 40,000 plus were packed in the baseball ground. Brilliant, well done team, rooney etc and fans.

Disliked club probably, disliked manager possibly, but team? Nah as the season goes on a lot of people will come to the same realisation as we have that despite everything above them, the team we have now and the spirit we show is the complete opposite to unlikable, which if I'm thinking in mundane terms is simply 'likeable' but adding some drama to it, remarkable and admirable.

Fantastic result - cant wait for Saturday. If only we had an out and out goal scorer
still, nearly everyone else has got a goal, problem solved

And the worst of that was that No 47 - who was fouled, no argument - by the half hearted shirt pull, broke free and could have carried on yet chose to protest and get a competitor booked.

Steadman was booked early on for pulling an opponent back to stop an attack, I counted at least 3 occasions where the same offence comitted by Reading players did not attract a yellow card.

Only Bournemouth have conceded less than us so far this season…the defence have been amazing….. and on the other side of the coin only Hull have scored less than we have so far this season…
al we have to do is add a few goals and we are going to fly up the league…

The linos were just as bad, particularly the dolt running the East Stand line. Three times in the first half it was as though he'd dozed off, suddenly remembered his role by which time he was at least 5 yards behind play. Yet 3 times he gave the decision to Reading.

Just got back home and seen the 'handball' on sky sports news, his arm is definitely sticking out and even the sky presenter thought so.
The Morrison 'foul' just before also seemed a nailed on free kick and yellow card, but they didn't show that one. Also how on earth was the late free kick against Buchanan enough to warrant a yellow, apart from him being in a white shirt?
That's now 2 wins against Stoke and Reading, despite awful refereeing.

Very impressed tonight, long way to go but the fight back is on.
We played very well and you would have thought we were the team coming into this on the back of 3 good wins, not reading. As far as I can remember they had 2 good chances with one a great save from Allsop and the other a header wide, apart from that it was all Derby.

Have you noticed the defence the last few games, although we have moments of fannying about at the back it is about 10% of what it was last season and makes it much more comfortable for us, we always make some mistakes and its better to make them in midfield then by the goalie.

The ref had a mare, I think this is pretty much standard against us now, my father is neutral and even he asked me if the ref was blind as he got most of the big decisions wrong.

We made a good Reading side look very ordinary tonight, I still believe ? COYR

He’s not really been mentioned in here tonight but Byrne was immense off the ball tonight. He received quite a lot of praise from the West Stand for his efforts.
Also really like the look of Stretton.

    Something weird happening here.
Wednesday night home match v Reading. The Rams on minus 2 points, in administration, without an owner and massive uncertainty over the future, against a poor team with a tiny away support and yet we had an atmosphere at times that was as electric as anything i've felt in my 50 years as a Ram.
Hairs stood up time as stood in the middle of the South Stand and heard the roar build up from the East and West stands, never felt that raw passion and support since the Baseball Ground years. No play off or promotion glory to get excited over, just survival, backs to the wall Derby support.
Proud af to be a Ram tonight.

I am extremely impressed with just how much a diplomat and a decent person Wayne Rooney is. I think that somebody mentioned his humble upbringing - this is very likely the reason he so readily empathises with others who are not so fortunate.
Top man - may he be here for many years.
