kevinhectoring got a reaction from Reggie Greenwood in Our "Why Wall"...
Have to tag this one because Todd was the greatest I ever saw at the BBG or PP. He played football for a later age (prize to anyone who spots that reference) mostly with the outside of one foot. And on a pitch like a peat bog. Paul Ince, Edgar Davids, and many more, eat your hearts out
Anyway ... My grandfather was born in Spondon, my father in Chadd, both supporters of course. I was born in Mickleover. Always loved football. How could it be possible to support anyone else ?

hmmm I just went to the highlights - the angles aren't ideal but I'm not seeing it the way you are. Anyway that doesn't matter, the truth is - especially in this league - the ref could have done anything

kevinhectoring got a reaction from jono in Who is the new no.8 we've signed?
All credit to PW. There’s nothing more frustrating than seeing fine player playing in the wrong position. We’ve seen it with Knight, Sibley, Bird - all youngsters who should be improving rapidly. If you get your 3 or 4 best players playing in their best positions surely that’s better than ramming them into some system or other. Build the system around your best players. Onwards ...

kevinhectoring reacted to Curtains in Paul Warne appointed as Head Coach
Knight is a good professional and did his best at RB .
He is a midfielder for me and a damn good one.

kevinhectoring reacted to Ewe Ram in Paul Warne appointed as Head Coach
I don’t think the players came to work with Rosenior especially, he was only interim manager. More that they wanted to come to the club

kevinhectoring reacted to Ram-Alf in Cambridge Utd v Derby (A) matchday thread
Red card all day long in todays game, But then again Thiago was let off for Chelsea against Palace with a blatent handball and they have VAR.
You're right, Whether he got a slight touch or not he cut him down, This is what League1 is about, Very physical and refs who aren't influenced by TV and Var and not as yet inline for promotion to their promised land.

kevinhectoring reacted to Jimbo Ram in McGoldrick
Surely you can’t expect McGoldrick at his age and with his injury record to exert himself the same as the others in training ? Needs to be handled delicately and get the best out of him.

kevinhectoring reacted to Ramarena in Warne has to be sacked
Worse than Warne is Collins!
This guy was so terrible he almost missed both his goals yesterday.
Disgraceful…….release him from his contract immediately!

Yep, looks a clear foul. Hope the usual suspects on the forum aren't moaning about the ref in this match ?
