24Charlie got a reaction from Ramarena in Ravel Morrison
We play better without him.
Whether that’s because we don’t have the players around him to enhance his abilities or he isn’t good enough to impose himself on the game, I don’t know. But I’d have no problem whatsoever if he left in January.

Do they give refunds if you are on chemo or otherwise hospitalised or incapacitated?
I assume the same policy would apply, whatever that is?

24Charlie got a reaction from whiteroseram in Where Rooney ranks compared to other Rams managers
I think we all know this and so do many of the football pundits who are tipping Rooney for Everton. His stats are really bad but clearly it doesn't even come close to telling the true story.
Lies, damn lies and statistics - Disraeli me thinks.

24Charlie got a reaction from Red Ram in Richard Keogh
There’s always the run and through ball for Marriott at Leeds.
Keogh has done nothing any employee would do if they felt they had a case for wrongful dismissal.
Not only did he have a case, he won it.
Should he have just sucked it up and waved goodbye to £2 million, would anyone have?
Keogh has always had a section of fans who didn’t like him yesterday just gave them a chance to vent.

He’s a bit of a panto villain at present. He was a fine servant of the club in my opinion and and independent tribunal said he was entitled to his wages.
If we weren’t facing liquidation and keogh’s wages part of the debt then I doubt he’d of had the reception he got.
He’s the only person who has a link to liquidation who has stood in front of fans to be abused. He took it well in but at least he stood up to be picked. Morris has be nowhere near.
Some asked why Keogh and Pearce get abuse but Mel seems to be getting away with it.
My response would be that while he has the ground he has a say on what happens. If we abuse him he may take a hissy fit and refuse to sell as part of the deal. In which case we could end up like Bury.

Says it all really. I didn’t notice it at half time. Perhaps it was on when I was down in the concourse.

24Charlie got a reaction from HorsforthRam in Where you at with the 5 stages of grief
5 stages of grief.
1. Denial - All paper talk Mel has the EFL on strings, books where already signed off.
2. Anger - My god it was Mel all time time, what a massive cu..
3. Bargaining - We have a good case to get admin overturned - Mel said it’ll only be 4 points for 1 year. How much will HMRC take to duck off?
4. Depression - Duck me, this reality is dawning on me -will we have a club.
5. Acceptance - Were going down despite it being mathematically possible to stay up.
Yesterday’s result pushed me to the acceptance stage. I don’t think we’ll be liquidated but I’m sure we’re going down.
Getting out of this mess with DCFC still in existence will do me.

I'm still at 1.
I've seen Mel (at that fans forum thing at Alvaston), and I tell you this... He is Derby through and through, and when it comes to business, he is as clued up as anyone in the game. I'm telling you... he has a cunning plan...
Bend me, Shape me, any way you want me!

24Charlie got a reaction from Kathcairns in Should Rooney be doing better under the current circumstances?
In normal circumstances with Rooneys record it is likely Rooney would have been sacked with about 4 games left of last season. He has done nothing to turn that form around this year. As has been said we would be in a relegation battle without the point deduction so in a purely points returned perspective he has not been successful in the slightest.
But…
We have been hamstrung by an embargo, admin, FFP, injuries to key players.
It’s a forlorn hope. When the battle is over and we see who have deserted and who we have left and if Rooney is still here then he deserves a chance on an even playing field.
I think it will be fair to judge at that point.
