So some more information I’ve heard.
CBT - almost done 
- Langstaff is the top striker target as is Devante Cole 
- wide players - two youngsters from Brentford  , dobra and one from Mansfield - 
CM targets are Moxon , Dobson at charlton and loan deal for a guy at Sheffield United 

I thought the Knight money went on paying the Jozwiak balance.

1) If he gets you promoted then yes, absolutely. Championship income is circa 8 to 10 million more than L1 income.
2) If it guarantees that he joins us rather than risking him to someone else then yes.
3) I suspect his wages will be slightly less than if he signed on a free transfer. Say its 2-3k a week less, then that's 100 to 150k a year less, which over a three year contract is his transferr fee.
This really is a no brainer for me.

There must be a young, combative midfielder playing for a Premier League club who is just itching for 6 months of first team football and a promotion on his CV at the end, mustn't there?
Nothing against TJJ, but if we had a midfielder like that in place of him tonight, I think we'd have been a lot more comfortable. This team is ironically crying out for a Jason Knight type player, we just don't have enough energy in the middle right now.

According to Transfermarkt, there are also 'unknowns' (undisclosed) for Blackpool, Bolton, Burton, Cambridge, Carlisle, Cheltenham, Exeter, Fleetwood, Leyton Orient, Lincoln, Oxford, Peterbrough, Portsmouth, Port Vale, Reading, Shrewsbury, Stevenage, Wycombe, and ourselves.
Northampton and Wigan the only clubs who aren't listed.

IF we get promoted and CBT contributes towards that, surely with the money we’ll get through play offs/promotion, it would be more than worth it!!

If we only have the opportunity to bring in 1 signing I hope it is Blackett-Taylor. This is building for the next few years, not another 30+ year old. Collins is doing enough this season along with the back up of JJ. CBT would bring much needed attacking threat to aid the strikers. 

Rosenior brought in over the hill players on more money than most in this league. They’re all still here chewing up more wage budget than their production is worth. 

Most League 1 players frustrate the fans at some point, bar Cashin that is. If they were mistake free they would be in the Prem, although many players there, can’t do the basics.

I think there is a big change - after Stevenage away he has allowed the players to ‘play football’ but Warne still actively wants it down the channels.
Remember - we were not even allowed to take goal kicks short. That changed overnight.

Not quite ticket related - but fans wearing bobble hats at away games is really disrespectful for the people behind. Obviously everyone will stand - but it’s very selfish.
