Well we all now know it's a pi$$er, DCFC will be saved of that I'm confident, Whether -15points -WR -majority of the players but we'll have a club to support next season, It can only make us stronger, We wont forget those who ducked us over, MM, SB, Moon Pig, RP, CK the tool in Bristol and Uncle Tom Cobbley an all.
Proud to be born in Derby, Proud to support Derby, Proud to live in Derby, And to those who live outside of Derbyshire you'll always have Derby in your Hearts

3 failed takeovers, a 2 year embargo, forced to release players, forced to sell players, cap on number of free agents allowed to sign, a League 1 level wage cap for those free agents when in the Championship, a 21 point deduction, a multi year legal battle with the EFL, a legal battle with an ex player, a legal battle with an ex employee, essentially blackmailed into acknowledging Boro's and Wycombe's claims and finally top it all off by getting relegated .... but you know what? I agree with those vocal Forest, Boro, Brum fans on social media and that weird Bristol City fan who's been stalking Derby for what must be half a decade by now .... I don't think we've really been punished enough yet.

I’ve gone beyond caring now tbh it’s an absolute shambles. And as for Ashley he’ could easily now agree a deal with Morris and match kirchners bid and get it over the line. He’s more interested in faffing around waiting for kirchner to fall through and then get the club on its last knees. Not particular the approach I want of someone to end up owning the club.

I've not really seen anyone mention this yet but what the bloody hell have the administrators been doing throughout this process?
There seems to have been 2 major issues throughout this process and they seem to have ignored both of them.
Why on earth would you identify someone as the preferred bidder without having an agreement for the most important part of the transaction?
From the outside they've only really done one thing at any great speed during the whole process, and that was letting the EFL bend us over.

How can anyone look at any blame at the council regarding them buying the ground whilst the little weasel Morris is rubbing his hands hoping for some money from PP
ivw said this before but how on earth is this clown having any say in our future ? But he is …some saying he won’t deal with CK or he prefers MA and will sell at a certain price to MA but not to CK but the council might buy the ground blahdy blahdy blah ….just listen to us fans we are sick to death of all of this and even right at the last knockings …Mel holds the keys to our future …I cannot say just how much I loathe this man….he comes out to tackle gibbo and yet he can’t do a deal with someone who’s willing to pay off all of the debts he’s accrued including the HMRC …still it seems he wants some payment for our football ground!! This man is nothing short of a disgrace and yes we don’t know all of the facts but for pities sake Morris just write it off …sell our ground and home back for a pound or 5 pound who cares but do the bloody right thing …
council are not to blame nor is CK for not talking to him or anyone else for that matter …this man has been holding the keys to our future for some time now and knew this would be an issue ….just sell it on Morris ffs ???

Its easy to be cynical and scoff at the idea that the players want to stay but the evidence we've witnessed is that they have fought for each other and the manager, in the face of extraordinary obstacles, to such an extent that they have formed a bond.
From Curtis Davies to whoever is youngest, from the staff to the tea ladies, they have given their all for DCFC under Wayne Rooney, a "band of brothers" mentality has developed. We have seen it every game and responded with our own buy in. Never has the match day support been so forgiving.
A player makes an error and we get behind him.
We concede a goal and sing even louder.
Not many of the older players will have witnessed support like this season and I'm sure the younger lads will hear that from them and they probably feel part of something special anyway.
Inevitably some will leave, no doubt about it, but the offers will have to be decent and not just a bob or two above what they can expect here.
To those who are a bit cynical about it then you haven't stopped behind after the final whistle to share the love with the players - win or lose - its been unreal.
The South Stand is as loud 10 minutes after the final whistle as it has been during the match.

It becomes a problem when you remember who the ref was when errors are made.
The fact he's had a major influence on 4 games this season alone is the reason Robinson is in a league of his own, surpassing even Twatwell.
Forest (Aug) - Missed a clear handball for a penalty
Millwall - Harsh red for Byrne when it looked more like Bennett ran into him than Byrne blocking him off
Forest (Jan) - Missing the red card for Grabban on Thompson, missing the multiple yellow card offences for Yates, Samba escaping a red for punching Lawrence, harshly sending Ravel off (especially considering other events)
Swansea - A penalty denied, despite everyone in the ground and those watching from home, could see it was a blatant penalty. Ending the game in unusual fashion.

My friend has not long left of his life, He has terminal cancer and has maybe only weeks to live.  He had his first season ticket when he came out of the army in the mid fifties, and has had it every season since, and then when he married in 1963 his wife had one too, they never missed a home match, but then covid came along and they have not been again. We have a mutual friend who lives in the USA he is in the UK this week end and is taking my friend to what is likely to be his last match ever. I'm just hoping if there are any protests it wont affect the match. So please spare a thought or a prayer if your so minded on Saturday. I wont say his name as he hated social media as much as he loved the Rams. So UP THE RAMS  P will be thinking of you.

It's been clear for a very long time these potential new owners (if they indeed exist) have zero interest or passion for Derby County football club..they are out to get a sale through for a bare minimum price.
It appears they do not care one jot whether all of our playing assets walk away for nothing, nor if we end up on -15 next season.
Doesn't fill me with any enthusiasm that they will be decent guardians of our club.
Mel Morris has everything to answer for. He has gone down in our history as the worst owner we have ever had by a country mile. An absolute odious human being at every level, enjoy your hundreds of millions you are a disgrace.

Of course, it’s still on,........we’re Derby County and we fight until the end ?

"On Lawrence's red card, Rooney said: "It is stupid, a stupid tackle from him, he knows that.
"He has reacted. I think he got a bang to his head, and he has reacted.
"I have said to him he is very lucky he has got a manager who understands that situation because I have done it many times myself.
"It is disappointing that we lose him for three games now and it is a chance for somebody else to come in.
"We have had to deal with a lot of different things this season and setbacks. He is our captain, he has been great for us, he'll miss the next three games.
I want my players to be aggressive, getting up to the ball. You can be aggressive in how you run, how you hold yourself. I asked that of the players, but I also asked for no stupid red cards, and Tom knows that. It is a stupid one.
If we can pick up some good results in those three games it actually could work well for us and for him in terms of getting freshness back in his legs.
"I will give him the option to take some time off. You might think why not punish him for that, but we have to look beyond that and look what is best for him and get the best from him in the remaining games he is available for."

Might be an unpopular suggestion, but how about we give the guy a break? The whole team has battled so hard this season and Tom is arguably having his best season in a Derby shirt. Yes he made a mistake but we all do and it's pretty harsh to come down on him for one indiscretion. Everyone deserves a a break after one mistake!

Bloke at work tried to tell me Rooney only did that film "for the money". Good point , I said, apart from the fact he's a multi-millionaire!
Yes he presumably would have been well paid by Amazon but he didn't need the dosh. I assume he wanted to put his story out there with all the publicity he receives.
The honesty, warts and all, from him and C'leen was formidable. Not one fck given. This is who I am, 'ave it. No attempt to sugar coat anything, its a rare, brave person who can share their intimate faults and frailties with everyone.
If Derby stay up I'll be as chuffed for Rooney as I would be for us all and DCFC.

So let me get this right, 2 clubs were punished for breaching P&S rules, one of which was due to be asked to resubmit previously signed off accounts.
Now Bristol City, Boro and a number of other clubs look set to breach, they increase the COVID losses an extra £2.5m to help those that were heading for points deductions.
Showing exactly why an independent regulator is needed for the game.
Even if an extra £2.5m allowance wouldn't have prevented us from breaching, how is it fair to go moving the goalposts midway through the season?
Duck off with your no vendettas, I hope whoever buys this club takes the EFL to court and absolutely destroys them, QC would have a field day against this lot.

Truth is, everything happened for him so early in life. Physically he was a man but emotionally he was still a boy, a teenager full of testosterone who felt invincible. He made mistakes and it’s part of him to make mistakes again.
Colleen knows that and has decided she can deal with that because she loves him. She seems to be a remarkable person and the grown-up in the relationship.
The programme was like a confessional. Wayne has his demons and isn’t proud of certain areas of his past. He was probably the best person Tom L could meet as manager.
I enjoyed the programme and especially the clout he gave Thuram!
