Fair play to Conor for at least fronting up. Seems nobody else was interested. Horrible performance and quite why we always return from a break looking comatosed, I can't fathom.
As for Warne, I've favoured keeping him until Xmas at least, then reviewing his position at mid-point, but you can understand the fans' anger when he talks nonsense like we've not played badly today and his apparent stubbornness is beginning to grind my gears. This was a really bad day at the office and perhaps Clowes' hand will be forced sooner than thought if fans begin to vote with their feet. I think this could get real ugly, real quickly, with Warne acting like there's nothing wrong.

There’s been plenty of polls and a few ‘Warne Out’ comments, but thought I’d start the definitive ‘Warne Out Out’ post, which as fans of a particular Sarf London comedian means ‘properly out!’
No messing, I was on his side at first, but am tired of the utter banality of our football; mid table mediocrity and I don’t care what he did at Rotherham.
Please can we bring back some McLaren-esque footy, something to actually ‘entertain’ the fans? I’m sure I read somewhere that football should be entertaining 🤷‍♂️

Feel sorry for him.  Everyone makes at t*** of themselves at least a couple of times when they first start drinking  at 16 or 17 and they realise there is a cut off for them.  In the old days your mates would take you outside and nobody would be taking photos to last forever on the internet. Have they realised he could be inhaling his own vomit or is the photo more important.

everybody wants success but not everyone gets what they want . i think if some of the so called supporters who keep starting posts calling for the manager to be sacked came out from behind keyboards and actually thought things through they would have a second to realise how stupid they make themselves look. especially after 11 games and the injuries and other factors. stop and remember where we were two years ago or have you forgotten as it sounds.

I read on some random website that Man Utd had the biggest wage bill last year in the Premiership.
Does that then follow that their squad is the best in the Premiership?
Or that their squad is underperforming? 
I just take it that they've paying the most on players wages and it has no connection to the quality of their squad. 

Regardless of what pivot tables each one of us have detailing how much each of our team is allegedly on what's the point trying to be made here - that the bigger the wage bill the better the squad is?

I can assure you that they oftentimes make no more sense when said content IS still viewable.
On thread, I think it's the repetitive nature of some folks' posts that grates most. Even if your point is valid, nobody wants to hear it a dozen times a day, do they?

At least Colchester are 3rd from bottom of League 2 so we've got at least one more year of safety before we take their crown.

I always look back to the last game of the season against the Wendies and think how the hell did we manage to stay up? 
They looked far more up for it then we did in a must win game.
It didn't really matter anyway as Rooney managed to accomplish what he didn't do the previous season so was just a stay of execution.
His hair transplant from Turkey looked good while he was here though.
