Looking at other team’s forums and the heart warming responses on Twitter and the like makes you realise how people blindly lap up anything printed in the Daily Mail. No wonder we are stuck with Boris Johnson for the next 200 years. I had a read to check the number of modal verbs used in that badly written article and subsequently found another article that said our survival was ‘one of the most dismal sights of the weekend’.
I love the unbiased tone of that article. I am going to presume that Mel Morris has become friends with Jeremy Corbyn. I think it is the most likely explanation for this love affair they have developed with us, whilst conveniently ignoring all other transgressions, as pointed out elsewhere.
Personally I draw comfort from knowing that no matter how much that awful rag hates us, it will never be as much as I despise it and it’s bigoted, badly written divisive poo.

Is he OK? I thought Leeds fans were obsessed. Is this all because we got a draw with them in some game a few years ago? Sometimes I wonder why I have so little free time compared to others.

Whilst it has been apparent to most that Alonso, like the fake Sheikh, has no cash, we have ploughed on and wasted time on this deal.

The problem is going to be that very soon we are going to have very few players contracted to the club and will require a serious re-build with, hopefully, a new manager. Whatever division we are in this is going to require serious future planning. With a rudderless ship, no cash and no desire, the danger is that we are going to sink even further next season. We went into this season with no centre forward, maybe next season it will be no centre halves.
It seems that we are hell bent on self-imploding. All this really does need sorting and fast. Will we even be able to afford to sack Rooney? Worrying times.
I will draw consolation from the fact that the article says that he is planning to bring in his own recruitment team as if that is a bad thing. If I was buying this football club it would be the first thing that I would do as well!

    Great days.

Had one of his better games today and looked like he could be a threat.
He can't kick the ball properly though, especially with his left foot, which is why he doesn't score.
That being said he was our biggest attacking threat today and the decision to take him off whilst Waghorn plodded around with a look of disinterest was typical of our incompetent manager.
He will probably end up at a Middlesbrough, West Brom or Swansea and turn into a decent player with others with brains around him. Won't see him play 'live' though in all likelihood.

Good to see Liverpool players showing that the most important thing to them is the supporters, by refusing to wear shirts saying that 'football is for the fans'. I pretty much think that they are all wondering how much more money their agent will be able to get them.
If the lot of them sat down on kick off, with prior agreement with Leeds, and took off their Liverpool shirts to reveal a football is for the fans statement (possibly with an 'but we all hate Leeds' addendum) then that would show the world what they thought. Instead they are probably calling their social media fixer to ask their personal watch vendor to pop round with something tasteful and gold and diamondy, as they rub their hands with dollar signs in their eyes and sink to their knees to suck down Satan's black worm jism, as Bill Hicks would probably say.
I truly belong to the generation who has fallen out of love with the game and those involved with it. Give me Gary Micklewhite and Bobby Davison any day of the week.
