Steve Buckley’s Dog got a reaction from Jimbo Ram in Free agents in the summer
Do we need another aging left back?

Are you OK? Are you struggling to understand things? Do you need us to get anyone for you or do you have a special cord that you can pull?

It’s sad to see. They went up with such class and good grace as well.

Steve Buckley’s Dog got a reaction from Elwood P Dowd in Things you miss
I miss games of football where people didn’t collapse to the floor as if they had been shot. Goalkeepers who could catch a ball without falling to the floor. Referees who just told them to get up.

As usual I would implore you all to maintain a candle light vigil for those brave warriors who risked their lives for Portsmouth today. One poor soul had such a bad head injury that he immediately jumped up in confusion when the referee didn’t stop the game. I am sure I speak for us all when I wish the Portsmouth fans praying outside the Royal tonight all the best and hope that a crowdfunding page is set up soon for the families of those players so horrifically disfigured in what can only be described as a blood path. No one should witness such injuries and I hope all the youngsters who had to see it recover.
I am sick of watching this embarrassing s***.

For all our Notts Forest friends who seemingly love to call in and have a look round here, when did you last have a crowd of over 31,000. I am genuinely interested as you support them through thick and thin and certainly don’t just turn up when things are going well! I thought I would ask the internet but all I found was this article:
https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/nottingham-forests-3-biggest-attendances-from-the-last-30-years/#:~:text=Forest v Man United%2C February,came to the City Ground.
To be fair, two of those attendances were just over 30,000 which is incredible really. To get as many in your biggest 3 attendances in the last 30 years as we got at home to Oxford in the 3rd division is really a sign of a big, well-supported club. So, how far do we need to go back…40, 50? Genuinely curious.
Thanks 👍
