I honestly don’t think the goals scored is going to be the main thing we have to worry about, the defence is my biggest worry.
we have an ok at best starting defence, but if anyone thinks that 863 year old Davies and 943 year old Jagielka are going to stay fit and be able to play every Saturday and Tuesday from August until May then they are living in a dream land - and without those two, we have a big problem.

All these ITK experts especially on Twitter I usually approach with extreme caution - a knackered clock is correct twice a day after all.
Not saying he's right or wrong in this instance I just wouldn't ascribe any more credence to this merchant then anyone else.

Been in with Leeds fans a couple of times at Elland Road. Lost both times so wasn't an issue, thankfully all our wins been whilst I was able to celebrate in the away end. Was actually invited through work into corporate for the playoff semi but told them had no intention of sitting with opposition fans for a game that important (I managed to get an away end ticket day before game). Suspect I may not have made it out of Elland Road alive had I been outed that night as Derby.
Went to Upton Park about 10 years ago to see us play West Ham but sat in the packed Bobby Moore Stand with my mate (a Hammer). Anyway, we took a surprise lead through Tamas Priskin and as I leapt to my feet & punched the air, I felt a couple of hundred eyes fixed on me. Thinking this probably wasn't a great life decision, I screamed 'you facking mugs' in my best faux-Cockney & sat down sharpish. We lost 3-1, I stayed sat down for their 3 goals..

Exactly. However Twitter experts seem to know the intricacies of a football contract right down to bonuses.
Ps. It wasnt my opinion or ITK I simply saw it.

It was Munich not Berlin...and we went in the home end that night.
It had been going off in town all day before the game, we saw loads of gangs of German and English just wandering around smashing the place up, it was a really moody atmosphere and because we had tickets in the home end we almost leave out hotel to go to the game....glad we did..
We decided no one would notice us, sat there in the middle of their main end, didn't say a word to anyone, we were totally undercover, then when Yanker scored for them the row in front of us all turned around and screamed "F you England" "ha you English pigs" etc etc, seems like we hadn't been as "undercover" as we thought.... anyway as the game went on and we equalized we managed to sit on our hands, then when the second one went in we lost it....the locals were fine with us, same for the 3rd, the 4th...but by the time the 5th went in they were getting mightily annoyed, so we went and stood with a group of 10 Milwall fans who were also in there, safety in numbers....
Walking back to the hotel.... that was like the wild west...

Yep It was definitely Sheff Wednesday.

I still have a couple of my keys from the key club, the system barely worked, maybe I time in 5 the rest of the time the turnstiles were just opened up. We used to go in the key club and walk through into the pop side courtesy of a couple of bent railings that you could squeeze through saving myself who gh money to buy a programme and a bag of chips. Perfect.

nothing will best the seasons when I had enough money to get a season ticket in the C Stand though.
those seasons up there with my mates were the best ever. We saw everything up there…absolutely brilliant.

Sure it’s the same game but I was in the C Stand paddocks.
Looking across, the Popside, Columbo and Season Ticket pen in the middle all packed to the gunnels. Several mates on that side said John Barnes spent most of the time after we scored grinning and watching the whole end singing. He didn’t hug the line whenever he played at the BBG as he’d of known the stick he’d have no doubt received.
I loved the place. It needed upgrading but we should have never moved imo.
    All the best

There was plenty of room around the baseball ground to extend It to what we needed, all we needed was a 25k capacity stadium, but the influx of huge sponsorship deals and TV company money had started and Derby didn’t want to miss out on a piece of that pie, the only way they could do this was build a legoland stadium and make It all nice and clean and shiny.

    such a shame

Amazing memories, a real football ground….worst decision the club has ever made was to leave there and the abomination they did of “preserving” the place is frankly an absolute disgrace.

It doesn’t matter for even 1 milli-second what sort of “character” Fozzy has..
I have to say, I have just watched the game and honestly, thought that there was 1 penalty we probably deserved and that Fozzy was lucky to stay on the pitch.

to say It another way, if their full back had got away with the same sort of challenge as Fozzy did I don’t think I would be that bothered.

We aren’t trusted to have a pint in the stands.  It’s not anything to do with trouble, it’s the idiots who think it’s great to throw a pint in the air when a goals scored.
Actually, we should be ok at PP ?

Never felt that Pride Park was 'home'. First BBG game was Hinton's testimonial in 1976. The Rams lost to an England '11' but the atmosphere was magical. Totally agree about moving. Wish we'd stayed and upgraded.

    I’ll go:-
when I was ignorant, and lacking the intelligence I think I’ve now got, I’ve racially abused people, I’ve been homophobic, I’ve discriminated against the disabled and mentally ill/challenged and been sexist. In fact, I doubt there’s an “ism” I haven’t tinkered with and I doubt there’s an “ist” I haven’t behaved like (in discriminatory terms obviously). Then my exposure to the real world expanded, my horizons broadened, my empathy and humanity bloomed and I grew up..
in spite of all the despicable behaviour and things I said, I never once felt hatred though. Looking back, it was an attention seeking thing, to make others laugh, or to show off or fit in.

To add, that’s no excuse. I still find myself in moments of shame thinking back, but my social circles have been reinvented and my environment changed, the standard of people I socialise with massively improved.
