Haven’t read through the thread so probably an unpopular opinion, but I thought in the main we played well. Certainly better, even at 2-0 down, than in some recent league games.
The game showed up very well where we are strong and where we need to strengthen. Our approach play was excellent. Warne cannot legislate for Foz falling asleep or Bradley being unable to hold off his man. Or some of the poor quality pull backs from promising attacks. We all know we need a decent striker in the window. If cashin goes we will need a first choice centre half as well. We should have had the game with by half time but we didn’t, and as soon as we gifted them the second they just parked the bus.
To be able to play through 11 human beings camped in their area it requires the technical skill of a good Premiership team - as I type this watch how Liverpool are struggling to get through Luton - as we are a reasonable to good league one team.
Rather than just moan and think we should be smashing a team who are good as at least a quarter of league one teams, I’d praise the fact that they stuck at it and managed to get a result which looked highly unlikely at 88 mins. 

Derby played well today and it would have been unjust had they not got the draw.
It was great as I was sat right next to the Derby bench, so was able to have a conversation with Cash and a quick few words with PW.
Couldn't have wished for a better draw if we want to make some money on a  cup run.
 
 

Performance wasn't poor imo and don't see how our 2nd was a fluke but maybe that's what some like to think to fit their agendas

All 3 promoted teams stayed up last season as much as I wanted forest to get relegated. Of the 3 teams that came up this season only Burnley had immediately bounced back to the premier league. 14 clubs out of the 20 currently in the premier league have at sometime played in the EFL since the premier leagues inception in 1992. Several of these clubs have in fact  played in leagues 1&2, Luton actually fell out of the EFL altogether should these teams have thought why bother or would you prefer our leagues to be like the USA and have no promotion or relegation. As much as it pains me to say it I’d love to swap positions with forest right now.

Well a big factor in our 11pts was a complete lack of any sort of luck. United just got a huge slice of it for 3pts.

EFL regulations state each club must field their ‘Full Available Strength’ in and during all EFL Trophy matches.
'Full Available Strength' means the EFL Club must include at least four Qualifying Players in the ten outfield Players named in the starting eleven on the Team Sheet.

So reading what people have written:
We can play decent football on the ground when teams let us do so e.g. Exeter & Northampton
When we play teams that get in our faces and are aggressive when the revert to Warne Hoofball.
I just don’t get that. So people think Warne tells players to just hoof it away if under pressure? Surely not. If they players aren’t good enough to be able to take care of themselves and the ball  or work a little extra hard to help out a team mate by making themselves available for a pass - then this is surely down to the players not being good enough or mentally strong enough.
I’m pretty sure Warne would want them to play the way they did against Northampton/Exeter and he is frustrated when they don’t, just as we are.
