Going exactly as i predicted remember we have to agree to -9 on the 2nd charge to stop us appealing and getting less . But in return we get the admin reduced under covid . Just wait and see it all play out . Sir pratt of boro will be happy but he will be hopping mad about admin fail . All being sorted behind closed doors i tell you . Independent panel my ar*e.

Christ there is some thick feckers on here . Making lawrence capt instead of the blindingly obvious davies was rooneys idea of getting toms head straight by giving him  responsibility it isnt rocket science to see that . It hasnt worked give it back to our future manager mr davies . 

There's things in football that really get under my skin, I played a fairly good standard on Saturdays and Sundays, Saw a few players who could/should have made the grade ie Pro or Semi Pro, But they'd sooner go out on the lash, 2 have since passed through beer/drugs.
TL had the world at his feet, Welsh International, Scoring goals for us, Then Loses his Mother, And followed up with Joinergate, There's many including myself who've lost a loved one, It hurts and can bring you down, The sympathy I had for Lawrence during the time of Joinergate has gone, He's stealing a living from DCFC imo, He brings very little to our game, He certainly isn't Captain material, I'd Bin him in January and look for someone who has a good work ethic.

We all know he wasn't chosen for his leadership qualities, because he doesn't have any. 
The reason why Rooney made him captain is to try and get more out of him as a player. He's one of the better players, one that has some ability but doesn't do it consistently.  

What a find most gob smacking of all is our fans thought we would actually stay up with 2 x 40 year olds at heart of our defence as good as they are they are not going to last a season . We cant replace with anyone any good enough said .

EFL - Lol, changed our mind, now they aren't ok.
 
Derby - We've sold our stadium and will add the profit to our accounts.
EFL - We don't like that, but it's not against the rules. We disagree with the valuation of the stadium however.
Derby - OK. Here's a valuation from an independent company who provide a similar figure.
EFL - Nope, we don't agree with the professionals, we'll begin disciplinary action. 
 
Independent panel - Derby didn't do anything wrong.
EFL - Meh, what do you guys know. We will appeal with a new independent panel.
New independent panel - We believe a 100k fine is appropriate for Derby's wrongdoing.
EFL - Nah, we don't like that, let's appeal. Oh and let's also try and relegate them after the season is finished.
 
Derby - Hey, we've renewed Jack Marriott's contract.
EFL - OK.

EFL - Changed our mind. Marriott is free to leave. And no, you can't sign anyone to replace him, Waghorn, or any of the other players who left.

Derby - Please, we don't have enough senior players to even field a team, just let us sign some.
EFL - *Sigh* Fine, but only 4 or 5. And no more than 4.5k a week! And if you re-sign players like Davies or Wisdom they will take up 1 of those spots. 
 
Derby - Hey we're having some injury problems and would like to use a couple of young lads, but they'll then count as senior players. Can you be a little lenient with this?

I'm really relieved the EFL are trying to help us and make us work. It's really nice to know they have our back.

Personally think Mel is correct on his covid argumement and the tv rights .This has obviously upset a few big fish in the efl , which has also meant he wasnt liked and watched closely he didnt want to tow the line and they dont want to be told what to do . His biggest plus is why no accountant on the 2nd independant panel , neither radio Derby or any newspapers are reporting this as odd behaviour from the efl . As it does look very much like a stitch up . His downfall is the stadium sale although tech legal it was legally cheating and losing far to much money on players and managers the club could afford . So he has gambled at the clubs livelihoods expense .A gamble that can lead to liquidation whichever way you look at it that puts mel on a par with Maxwell . Sorry to say i liked Mel but on quite a few occasions he has gambled to much or thought he was to clever . You need a safer pair of hands on the tiller even if that makes for mundane transfer windows and football . 

Arthur will be 82 on the 14th December, we play Blackpool at home on the 11th, Someone at the club should organise a early Birthday pressie for him and make him the honourable matchday guest.

No one knows why we got the penalty,  and people complain about the standards of refs now.!!?

To be fair i was there that night we were cool as custard and let me tell you if we were still playing that match now we wouldnt have scored . Anyone even now know what the penalty was for , if ever there was a case of brown envelope and referee that match was it . But thank god we got up but we were so so lucky that night .

I’m surprised and pleased to hear he lives in Barton. I imagined he was up near Newcastle. Absolutely no doubt about it my favourite time as a Rams fan. I’d love to be able to thank him in some way

If you ask me i think the efl and the administrators have already done a deal . Where going to get 6 points knocked off the admin penalty Buttttttttttt only if Derby accept a possible 9 points from the accounting mess up . So a total of -15 or maybe if we are ultra lucky -6 for them both . Which would tie into rooneys -12 we have a chance of getting out idea . 
I honestly think the efl do not want to see a club the size of Derby in a lower division even if the prat Steve Gibson does . 
Watch this space because i think all the deals have already been done on the penalty side of things , its just who is taking us over .
