Keogh is Damn Captain that alone made him have EXTRA responsabilities ,should be sacked was sacked the fact he has won compo is unbelievable and down to Mel mistake of keeping the others .
Lawrence  Should have been sacked for god sake he RAN OFF leaving someone in a car that could have caught fire .

Mel - Shocking handling of not sacking them all and has lead to Keogh winning his compo by keeping the younger 2 players . Mel was totally right to sack Keogh but he should have sacked them all .

I like the sound of Kirchner.  Breath of fresh air.  I'd rather have someone new at the club, not harking back to previous eras.  We need a fresh start on all counts.  He's young, ambitious but very business savvy. 92% of Slync employees approve of Kirchner as a CEO (Glassdoor).  Slync.io is attracting lots of investment, he seems to be going places.  He seems to share Rooney's vision for the club. My hope is he takes Derby on that journey. 

If we actually won 3 games on the bounce everyone would start to get excited but you have to remember 1 long term injury to either of the 40 year olds playing in our backline and its curtains ( no not you curtains lol ) .
Thats not counting that we dont even have a proper striker . We have an old guy up front that aint now at his best and a young jack stretton learning his trade ..............come on get realistic people and stop torturing yourself and accept the lower league for a reset . 
Im an optimistic type of person usually but this is just ridiculous .

We couldnt muster a proper go at barnsley which would have taken us above them in the first half at all ( this alone tells you everything you need to know ) 
Roll on the end of the season get us down , we are like a owner of a dog and that owner knows his dog should be taken to the vets to be put down ......hanging on in there hoping that when we get up the dog will be better . 
It doesnt matter if rooney stays or goes , would prefer him to stay for HIS SAKE and ours , think he has won alot of people over with his attitude .
Mr Curtis Davies a manager in waiting of DCFC . Hope he sticks around with us perm in the background until that day comes .

This is the only thing i dont get why make around 20 people jobless and spend 300k on an appeal you never went for thats quite shocking by the administrators .Other than that the admins have been brilliant .

I think everyone really knows we are gone and just want it over with . 
What everyones really frightened of is if whoever is taking over doesnt want a league 1 pub team .
But thankfully at the moment Mr Kirchner has said it doesnt matter he is here for the long term .2 seasons soon go we could all be singing a very happy tune within 2 years from now . 
WE ARE Derby  and we wont disappear .But it might take more than a season to get out of L1 its a horrible place and we shouldnt have got out last time , a very dodgy refereeing decision in the shape of a brown envelope for cool as custard Mr Christie to plonk away if you ask me . 

The EFL have the ultimate weapon and that is DELAY and they have used this consistently against us.
There is both the the sale of the Club and January window on the horizon....if we do not submit now, they simply delay and put both in jeopardy.
 
If things go beyond that and we do not submit, there is the prospect of carrying over a points deduction into next season...they simply DELAY.
 
They are simply not bothered about the right and wrongs, the fairness or the fact that they have played a part in our situation....they simply want to be seen as the WINNERS and the Club shown as the losers. So far all the hearings have shown the opposite, they look foolish, so.....they DELAY. The ultimately win by attrition.

additional -9 makes no difference
additional -50 makes no difference
One note here, if you over spend, do it big and I mean by 10's of millions if not more because all you will get is -9 points. I think there is even more incentive to really overspend now. if buying a £60m strike force and a £20m midfielder will probably get you to the prem go for it. it will only cost 9 points if it dosnt happen
