    Yep.
Sooooo easy to slag off the Derby supporter who has poured tens of millions and his heart into the club.
Having said that, if some Derby supporters were capable of hating Sam Longson and then Lionel Pickering, then this is a walk in the park.

    Very much so.
All 3 truly loved the club and did what they thought was the best with their own money.
Mel's best just hasn't been good enough, so they're not comparable in terms of success.

    I’ll go:-
when I was ignorant, and lacking the intelligence I think I’ve now got, I’ve racially abused people, I’ve been homophobic, I’ve discriminated against the disabled and mentally ill/challenged and been sexist. In fact, I doubt there’s an “ism” I haven’t tinkered with and I doubt there’s an “ist” I haven’t behaved like (in discriminatory terms obviously). Then my exposure to the real world expanded, my horizons broadened, my empathy and humanity bloomed and I grew up..
in spite of all the despicable behaviour and things I said, I never once felt hatred though. Looking back, it was an attention seeking thing, to make others laugh, or to show off or fit in.

To add, that’s no excuse. I still find myself in moments of shame thinking back, but my social circles have been reinvented and my environment changed, the standard of people I socialise with massively improved.

Yeah I would also like to “thank Mel” but genuinely not sarcastically….. for funding the clubs deficit in income for the last 7 years to the tune of about 200 million when no one else has stepped forward with the cash. So genuinely thanks Mr Morris.

I'm aware people will die as with every other vaccine and almost, if not all, every other medication.
    Statistically it's meaningless.
As for vaccinating kids, I'm really not sure. I'll let the scientists decide as to whether it's a good idea and then to inform parents.

This post almost makes no sense.
If true, a 2% chance of dying from something is huge, especially when cases get high.
But this 2% is clearly a pre-vaccine figure, as death numbers are now very low from a huge base of cases.
People aren't giving up living a proper normal life. They are mostly taking the vaccine, which massively reduces their chance of dying from Covid, with negligible risk of bad side effects from the vaccine. Then they are living a pretty normal life again.
But you, and others on here, were pretty anti-lockdowns and are now pretty wary of vaccines...against the tool that enabled us to safely escape lockdowns.
I think I've spoken to 2 people who have said they would not get vaccinated and everybody else has/will. Call it 98% vs 2%.
Most of you vaccine wary people on here have also taken it, but then also criticise Australia for their botched vaccine rollout.
Nice to see you take up the common sense baton @Bris Vegas. Good luck!

There is no case in history of a vaccine causing long-term problems that weren't caught in the first 6-weeks after it was launched.
You are technically tight that they don't know.
But I don't know this post will make zero difference to you, but I'm fairly sure it won't.
