Playing high up the pitch may as well have Sibley. He's frustrating too but Morrison has had plenty of chances at other clubs too. Looked handy as a playmaker early season but looks surplus to requirements atm.

I agree with what you say about worst effects of lockdown it has been a terrible price to pay.
But actually COVID is already in the top three of things that will kill you. And of course the direct effects of COVID could have been a lot worse if not for lockdown.

That’s the least of it , the trivial ludicrous stuff,
don’t ever forget , leaving our families / friends to die alone , or suffer for months and months alone , buried alone , not allowed to support and comfort our friends and families who have lost someone or may be going through extreme mental , emotional or physical difficulties ,
never never never again , masks the thin edge of the wedge driven taken out driven in again , I will never be dehumanised again and anybody saying it’s only a mask has a very short memory ,
covid is not the be all and end all of everything that people have become obsessive about ,, there’s real lives , real tragedy s , real joys all around us all the time , it’s the nature of life ,, jeez covid would barely scrape into the top ten of things that kill and or disable us on a daily basis
whos bothere about the big rise in non covid excess deaths we are now seeing in stats ? Certainly not the government or the media

Plus a club that maybe League one next year almost certainly but only for its fifth year out of 137.
Guys like Kirchner can see the potential . He’s only in his early thirties so can be patient about things being turned around.
plus all it takes is a redistribution of tv money for the top two divisions an Championship teams can become profitable.

My thoughts on only wearing masks in certain places.
I have a good friend with a compromised immune system, who has lived a very careful life for the last two years.
He hasn't been out for a meal, into a pub, to football, even to visit friends and family, apart from outside. His quality of life has taken a huge hit because of covid.
He has had to go to hospital appointments on public transport, and to shop occasionally. He would just like to feel a bit safer on the limited trips out he has to make. It's not a lot to ask of the rest of us, is it?
We still have the freedom to do all those other things that he no longer can without putting his health at great risk.

Question is why didn't BBC get a scientist on the show with an opposing view , not a layperson? Was it maybe planned to make the layperson look like a layperson who didnt know what she was talking about?

Thanks . So he has an ex Man City CEO and a football agent ( clients include Wayne Rooney) in his team? And people are worried about his lack of football experience? He can get people around him he needs.

We might have needed subs, just not those two . They offered nothing really.

On the right in this picture. Sounds like he’s brokering the deal/advising Kirchner.
Paul Stretford (Rooney’s agent) is on his other side.

We didn't look a whole division below QPR. But as you say they were the better team. And I don't think our problems were just our lack of strikers. We left Willocks (first goal) and Chair (second goal) unmarked. That's not bad luck .. he hit the post after all before Gray scored on the rebound. Switched off at the vital moments or else we could have got another top four scalp.

I'm not sure all the subs were necessary. CKR and Joz did nothing. Ebosele added energy and should have earned us a free kick as well as our only corner if the ref had gone to specsavers. But slim pickings really second half.

Pity we work hard to defend draws but seem to give up leads more readily.
A backs to the wall, clinging on for a 1-0 would have been a triumph but not to be.
Bristol were hopeless at Sheffield so we can give them a game ?

Well taken though all the goals were, the two QPR goals came from bad marking by Rams defence. Willocks for the first goal and Chair for the second should have been picked up. QPR better team, for sure. I mean take off Austin and bring on Gray? What options do we have up front?
Cracking goal from Lawrence and brilliant pass from Shinniesta but always felt we were on the back foot after that.
