This is the same Stuart Atwell that robbed us of victory against Forest when he disallowed 2 clear goals by Miles Addison in the last couple of minutes. 
I'd say that he owes F*rest nothing at all.

While ever we accept this kind of cheating it will never be eradicated.
To think that some people still buy the old "oh, they run so fast these days that the slightest touch can knock them off balance". Its utter b****cks. 
It was never a penalty, nobody would ever expect it to be given FOR their team but, it was against Forest so I can just about control my anger.
Over the last 18 months they have been the luckiest team in world football, so it's nice when just once, something goes against them, and they have a tantrum

I personally feel that once the ball goes in the net it should be a straight booking for any goalkeeper that stops the opposition from retrieving the ball.
No messing, no mitigation, just keep out of the way or you're booked.

It's not in the possession of the team that have just conceded at all.
The only reason the goalkeeper wants the ball is to prevent the opposition from capitalising on any momentum gained from scoring. And his involvement is normally the spark that causes problems. Therefore keep him out of it, and get the game restarted.

The problem with this is that it makes us look a bit shambolic.
If you tell somebody once to expect something, and it doesn't happen, it can be forgiven. But to repeat this on a few occasions, it is bound to create a negative picture, and cause fans to become a little disillusioned and distrusting
